The Early Access for We Happy Few is almost over as we now have a release date for the game set down and we can now check out the full thing on August 10th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It has been a long and winding road with Compulsion Games here and now we can finally get the full story and see if the wait has been worth it. Of course, it has been just from the look of things here and how we have seen We Happy Few shape up from where it all started. I remember back when it was such a basic game that did not do more than "tease us" and now it looks like what we were all promised. At least based on the videos and shows we have had so far in the cycle of the game's development. Looks can be deceiving here, but I have a good feeling that will not be the case here for the game.
To go along with the release date announcement for We Happy Few, as well as to have something to show the world out here at E3, we have new story trailer for the game to look at here. If you are just picking back up on the game since it was first shown off, it will be a bit jarring as things have shifted and changed over time, but it still looks like a good or depressing experience to be had. That does seem to be the way things goes in We Happy Few from what we have already seen or been told thus far. I am a bit curious if the story bit on beating the game in the first few moments will still be in there, but from what I see here it would seem like a waste as the story looks to be so fun and dark for us to enjoy. Wait. I think I just stumbled upon the point of it all. I see what was done there now…
Anyways, have a look at the latest trailer for We Happy Few that has come out of E3 2018. Then get ready for a shorter wait for the game to finally hit us on August 10th. Not long now before we can finally take our bliss…
