World War Z
A new gameplay trailer for World War Z is here to show us how Moscow has been faring in the ongoing World War Z events
It has been a good bit of time since we last saw or heard anything for World War Z. Last we had just the announcement that Paramount was tapping Saber Interactive to make the game and we saw pretty much a game engine version of the film so far. Now it is back and taking us to Moscow to show how they are faring in the fight against the undead in the World War Z universe. Spoiler alert, they are doing just about as well as everyone else when the world is taken over by fast zombies that can climb walls and buildings as insects and other vermin. A trait that we get to see happen here in the game's engine and how it could play out on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC when it does finally come.
On top of all of that, we also have a good look at some of the core mechanics for World War Z in terms of "base building" for the rush. As it looks and sounds here, we will get to build traps, barriers, and other things to help us and our team survive as well as to gun down all of those undead out there. Sooner or later we would have to run through all of the billions of humans who died and came back. Especially with the firepower we have here in World War Z and the basic tactics a working human brain can come up with. Maybe that will be the end goal of things in one of these games or films. Would that not be an interesting thing to see?
