The wait is now over and we know the final characters coming to Injustice 2 with the release of the Fighter Pack 3 DLC. Yes, we are still waiting on Hellboy to come to the game and that is slated for November 14th here, but NetherRealm Studios is here to show us what else we need to expect for the game. We already had a nice tease of the Atom for Injustice 2 but now the other two characters are here. Although it could be seen as another five in the game based on what we have here as we now see Enchantress is in the mix but also the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Not exactly what a lot of us were hoping for, but it is what it is here.
You can see the reveal trailer just below for these new fighters in Injustice 2 and get a feel for how they will look and act in the game. Of course, we have already seen the Atom in action before but now we have the latest magic user and the heroes in a half shell here. Thankfully, the team went with a better design for Enchantress instead of what we had in the latest film and also the style of the TMNT from the '80s films. At least that is how it all looks to me here. Have a look for yourself and feel free to judge.
Injustice 2 — Fighter Pack 3 Revealed!
The final three DLC characters for Injustice 2 revealed! The Atom, Enchantress, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles join the fight.
Get these three characters included in Fighter Pack 3 and all the rest of the DLC fighters with the Ultimate Edition.
I am a bit sad to see that the one character, Spawn, did not make it into Injustice 2 here but it is nice to see that we may have a nice few extra characters instead. At least if the TMNT works the way I would think it would with each being a premium skin and not just linked in for moves. They do state that they are going to fight as a team so they could be all just part of the fighting style with Raphael being the core characters, but we will have to wait to find out I guess. Hopefully before February of next year when I am guessing they will hit as the Atom is slated for December and that would leave January and February as the final date and I would not put it past NetherRealm Studios to hold to them until the final drop.
What do you think about TMNT coming to Injustice 2, as well as Enchantress? Were these the characters you were hoping would come to the game or did you want to see others finally make it to the screen? Do you think that each turtle will be a premium skin or will they all fight together as part of how the character works? Let us know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. As we get more for Injustice 2 here, we will bring it all to you. Keep checking in on the site to see and hear it all.
