Paragon
The next character to come to Paragon has been announced and it looks like Paragon will get more of the furry added into the mix
Another three weeks down and another character is added into the mix for Paragon. It seems hard to believe given how many Epic Games has already thrown together for us that they are still bringing us all more, but they are. July 18th adds yet another to Paragon by the name of Zinx and if you were hoping for a more feline character to be added into the mix, then you'll be happy to see that too. Yes, this is your obligatory Cat Person that all big games like this seem to need; just like the Monkey King character as well. Got to have all the staples in there.
You can see Zinx in action for Paragon just below, as well as a breakdown of her abilities, but right out the gate it looks like we have a force shield that can be discharged, a damage amplifier, a "bouncing" shot, and a way to regen health and mana. All the things that a growing cat person needs right? Just say yes and then move along to see Zinx in action. Then get ready to sit back and wait a few more days until Paragon is updated and Zinx is added to the roster for free. One can't complain when the price is set like that…
Paragon — Zinx
After hundreds of failed attempts, the 348th was a perfect success. Zinx (Durable / Attacker / Controller / Seiger) was born. Zinx (Intellect, Growth) utilizes her mana to be extremely durable and deal deadly damage over time to her enemies.
- Bad Medicine (RMB/R1) — Zinx charges her gun and creates an AoE field of energy on the ground in front of her, can be discharged early to create a smaller field.
- Kitty Claws (Q/Square) — Toggle: Empowers her Pistol allowing it to apply a damage over time effect, which can be stacked.
- Ricochet Stun (E/Circle) — A Medium range projectile which bounces around nearby enemies, stunning them. The stun duration increases for each enemy hit.
- Dirty Healing (R/Triangle) — Passive: Zinx gains bonus mana regen, based on a percentage of her missing mana. Toggle: While activated, she will immediately heal 50% of damage taken, costing mana instead.
Is this the latest character you were hoping for Paragon or were you hoping for something different? Do you like the way that Zinx looks for the game or will it be another character that just sits on the shelf for now? What kind of character are you hoping for in the next three weeks for the game? Let us know down in the comments and feel free to discuss. For more on Paragon and its future characters, be sure to stick around here. We'll have more in the future so you'll want to stick to the site for all of that in the future.
