Tekken 7
The opening cinematic for Tekken 7 has been released so we can all get a feel for Tekken 7 just before it launches in June
In just over a week from now Tekken 7 will be landing on your PS4, Xbox One, or PC. In just over a week we'll all have a chance to see what has been crafted here by Bandai Namco for the next installment of the title to bring us all back into a fighting mode. As if we didn't have something like that going for us already, but this is Tekken 7 and not the others that have already released for us at this point. But I digress for now as that is not what we have here today besides getting a reminder that June 2nd we be the day that we all get to experience this title all over the world.
Just in case you can't wait a bit more for Tekken 7 to get here and want to see just how it is all going to start out, we have the opening cinematic for the game here to gaze upon and get us all amped up. Also to serve as a reminder as to why we are all fighting in the game and not just to win matches and such. The is a story to Tekken 7 here and if you've missed out on it over the multiple previous updates and videos, here is a recap that is supposed to get everyone clued in and not just the hardcore fans of the franchise. For the rest of you just be excited to see franchise cross-overs happening here to explain a few things. Hopefully…
Tekken 7 — Opening Cinematic
The Mishima Feud is coming to a violent end in Tekken 7. Will Heihachi or Kazuya prevail? Join the cast of over 35 fighters as they travel the world and fight their way to answers. Tekken 7 launches on June 2nd.
I never really got behind the story of Tekken over the years, but I have always enjoyed all of the fighting and gameplay to date. Maybe here in Tekken 7 we will get a solid story mode to play through to clue gamers like me in on what is going on. I mean I could make up my own thing based on what I see here, but I am sure I would be way off. I know that there is some weird business thing going on that needs to be handled with fists and not the normal options. At least that has always been how I've understood it all to date. I am sure I am way off. Just give me the fighting for now though.
Are you fully ready for Tekken 7 to land on us or will you be too involved with the other titles to get in right away? How far off am I on my understanding of the story overall so far or am I spot on? Do you think that we could ever get a story gameplay mode like we've seen in the multiple other fighting games as of late or does it work well with the ambiguous version of it all? Let us know down in the comments and then discuss. For more on Tekken 7 as we come across it all, be sure to stick around here. We'll have it all as we can and hopefully you are jazzed to see it all.
