Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Is Having Us Face Of Against Dragons Now

Call Of Duty

The third DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been shown off here and it looks like Dragons are coming to Call Of Duty in addition to the zombies

It looks like we have a good look at the new Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC pack that is coming to us on July 12th here. Well at least if you are playing the game on the PS4 that is given that Activision has set up the timed exclusivity thing again. I'm sure that it will be another month before this Call Of Duty DLC makes it to the Xbox One as usual but there is no date there. Which is sad for those gamers out there as it looks like Treyarch has given us something we have yet to experience in the franchise. We'll be fighting dragons here.

Of course there is more to the Decent DLC pack here but it looks like the main focus here would be the dragons being added into a Call Of Duty title. In addition to this, as it is added into the Origins Zombies saga more than anything, there are four new multiplayer maps coming. They are of course titled: Empire, Cryogen, Berserk, and Rumble. Each of which are based off another location in the game's world and with all of their own little twists and turns added in to make the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 multiplayer feel even more expanded.

Now that we have that out of the way, here is the new trailer for the Call Of Duty Decent DLC that is coming. Unlike something else that claims things are coming, here we have the dragons and zombies all in action. Including the ability to use what looks like a dragon skull as a shield that fires off some form of green flame. I guess we'll all find out the specifics when we get the pack for ourselves.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 — Gorod Krovi

After escaping the swamps of Zetsubou No Shima, the Origins characters are hurled into a war-torn Stalingrad. Our heroes face their most dangerous enemies yet among the remnants of a battle between giant mechanized soldiers and ferocious dragons.

  • Empire: Treyarch adapts its Black Ops 3 movement system to the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 fan favorite map Raid. The re-imagining of this classic, medium-sized map features an authentic Roman villa that has been "recreated by a modern-day eccentric billionaire," where a classic map structure mixes with the new gameplay mechanics of Black Ops III.
  • Cryogen: Located far off the coast in the Dead Sea, an isolated compound holds some of the world's most dangerous criminals in frozen isolation. Sentry towers keep watch over the small map's circular design as frenetic combat is funneled around the prison's cryogenic tubes, where opportunities for wall running attacks abound.
  • Berserk: Ancient sentinels from a lost civilization guard the entrance to Berserk, a Viking village frozen in time. Players will fight through blizzards, and control the center bridge as they navigate this medium-sized map's wooden buildings, deadly rocky outcroppings, and tight choke points.
  • Rumble: Gamers battle amongst larger-than-life mechanized warriors in Rumble, a stadium where giant robots battle to the roar of the crowd. This medium-sized map funnels high-speed combat to the central arena, where players battle their way through fallen mechs and pyrotechnics.

Are you shocked by the addition of dragons into the Call Of Duty universe now? Do you think this will be tied to the same "ghostly" events that took place in the core game or something grounded more in "realism" for the game? Do you even care and just want to see the multiplayer maps in action? Let us know and feel free to discuss in the comments below. As we get more on the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC that is coming before the next big release, keep your browser locked in here. We'll have it all as it comes.
