Now you guys might be saying "Oh, well the codes are only for *insert random current generation system here* probably." Well, you're wrong. Randy and Gearbox post codes for all the systems that Borderlands 2 is available on. Each code only works for its specific system, so using a PC code on a PS3 isn't going to do you much. Just to clarify, Borderlands 2 has been released on XBox 360, PS3, and PC.

Alright on to the big news; Gearbox has just announced that five codes for Golden Keys will be posted on Friday (10/26) and Saturday (10/27). So if you guys want five free Golden Keys, one for each class, you might want to hop on twitter for the next couple days. Thankfully Gearbox has given us specific times, which is unusual, given that they usually post the Golden Key codes at random. But here are the times:

Friday - October 26, 2012.

• 6:00PM CDT (7:00 PM EDT / 4:00 PM PDT)
• 11:00 PM CDT (12:00 Midnight EDT / 9:00 PM PDT)

Saturday - October 27, 2012.

• 5:00 AM CDT (6:00 AM EDT / 3:00 AM PDT)
• 11:00 AM CDT (12:00 Noon EDT / 9:00 AM PDT)
• 3:00 PM CDT (4:00 PM EDT / 1:00 PM PDT)

Again, these codes will be active for three (3) hours starting when they are initially posted and will be posted on the Official Borderlands Facebook page and Gearbox Software Twitter Page.
