This 8-bit title was celebrated for its controls and retro gameplay and graphics, and was often compared in a more favorable light to its big brother. The next versions of this somewhat high-flying adventure will have achievements, and an online leaderboards to track everything from high scores to speed runs for bragging rights. And much like many an 8-bit generation game, it shall have a secret ending. I hope that the princess is another castle, or that he walks toward the foreground changing colors like Mega Man 2.
