Well you are in luck. Over at the Sony PlayStation Blog, they are letting users do just that. Not in a one time shot either, but an ongoing process to hopefully cover everyone's wants and needs. That is, if the community as a whole agrees that your contribution is worth while and not total crap.

The process is fairly easy as well. As long as you have a PSN, you can log in over at http://share.blog.us.playstation.com. Once you are in, you can vote on others' ideas or post your own and see if you get hammered. From there, supposedly the PlayStation team will look at the ideas and try to implement as many as they can. Anything from hardware to software on all platforms will be fair game.

So if you REALLY want Sony to listen, head on over and hit them up in the public forum. Maybe you will be the one to spark a huge change for the company with only your PSN being given credit, maybe.
