I've always wanted to start off with that. But as it says, don't panic. There has not been an announcement of a delay, set back or some other event to hindering Final Fantasy XIII from dropping on time. It is just a reference from the new trailer below. For once the characters of the story actually see how everything is happening in a string of bad luck. Now, if only they could reference the horrible voice acting that seems to be plaguing this new trailer.
The trailer itself is just another great montage of scenes and voice acting from the English version due to come out in two months. In Square-Enix fashion, it looks absolutely amazing - both in game and cut scene. Unfortunately, it looks like they decided once again to scrimp on getting a good voice coach for the English-speaking actors. The first few sentences of dialogue are excruciatingly painful to hear spoken, unless you are a huge fan of William Shattner's unnecessary dramatic pauses.
In either instance, here you go for those who do not want to do the subtitle thing on the Japanese spoken videos.
