Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond

The main title, "Eat Lead" had some fairly decent reviews, and the common consensus was that it had some great jokes but some pretty poor execution at times. So what does that make people expect for this side scrolling sequel?

Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond

Can anyone guess what this looks like? The multi-colored, multi-tiered levels? Anyone?

If there is a chance that the quality of game will match the recently released Shadow Complex, and take advantage of the proven depth that a downloadable arcade title can have - then there is a chance that we could have a hit. Maybe taking some jabs at Contra, Metroid, Symphony of the Night, Gunstar Heroes, Double Dragon, and Mega Man, could help the cause.

Matt Hazard gaining a power like Mega Man in a throwback 8-bit sequence and then returning to the normal graphical style could be good for a laugh or two. I just got the joke that title resembles Bed, Bath and Beyond. Hm. Well done Hazard. Well done.

Someone out there didn't get enough Matt Hazard after the hero's first, or rather latest, foray into gamer's hearts. The press release goes on as such:
