The Waiting Is Finally Over For Us To Survive I Hate This Place

I Hate This Place

The launch for I Hate This Place is finally here, and we have one more visual attack for your eyes with I Hate This Place

As the trailer is about to say, the fucking wait is over for I Hate This Place, as the game has now launched out there on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. It's been a bit of a ride to get here with Rock Square Thunder, but we've finally made it, and the game has launched. All so gamers can go deeper into the lore and fun of I Hate This Place. This is a game inspired by Skybound's graphic novel series. One of the few that will not have superhero tropes fighting each other as well. Unless you want to go into the idea of an underpowered person taking on a bunch of monstrous hordes of creatures. Rare that happens in the superhero lines, but it has. This one, though, we'll stick to the horror of it all and run with that.

Of course, with the launch of I Hate This Place, there's also the release of a new video for the game. A bit of gameplay, a bit of story, and a bit of fun to get us all hyped up and excited for it all. Also, a video to show you some of the more graphic bits of the game to entice you into spending your money on the game. That is what these launch trailers are all about, and I Hate This Place is not much different. Only that it does have a good source for us to understand what the story will be, so we can focus on whether we'll enjoy it before going in. Then we can just pay attention to all of the isometric gameplay that some of us love so very much out there. Have a look and see if this is going to sell you on the game now that you can pick it up digitally.

I Hate This Place — Launch Trailer

The wait is OVER, but are you really ready to survive all that this f**ked-up world has to offer?

Inspired by Skybound’s Eisner award-nominated comic book series created by writer Kyle Starks and artist Artyom Topilin, I Hate This Place plunges players deep into a supernatural world where the rules of reality come undone.

Will this be a title that can truly build on the series that I Hate This Place is based on? Will this be more of a cash-in, as we have seen with some of the other titles that Skybound has out there? Have you been waiting for a good isometric title to draw you back into the genre again? How close will this title lean into the source material, and how much of it will be too far removed for fans out there? Let's have that discussion in the comment section further down the page. We're currently working on our review for I Hate This Place, so we do know we'll have a bit more for you when it comes to this game. Please keep an eye out for those updates on the site as well as our socials to see when it all goes live. There's even talk of playing a bit of it live for those who need that raw gameplay feel.
