DreadOut 3 Takes Us Deeper Into The World Of The Keepers Of The Dark

DreadOut

New gameplay for DreadOut 3 is out there, so we can see just where this title will take the whole DreadOut IP

The journey carries onward here, with a new look at DreadOut 3 and the path that Linda will be going down in the game. Along with a bit of new gameplay that Digital Happiness had to show off in a recent outing for the game. This time, with DreadOut 3 going into more of the balancing of light and darkness in the world that it has built. All in a way to get us amped up for the release of the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. When that release will be, well, I think it is safe to say not 2025 currently, and with no set date as of yet. Either way, we have some fun things to look at, so let us all get excited to dive into the world that has come at us three times now.

Here, we have a nice and short little burst of gameplay for DreadOut 3 that shows a little bit of the journey that Linda is going to be taking out there. That would be our protagonist, who is heading out into the third-person horror game so they can investigate things that are inspired by a real Indonesian urban legend. That is where the horrors and the gameplay will be coming in here. This is not just a walking simulation with some puzzles in the mix. DreadOut 3 will have us doing some of that, but we will also be using our smartphone in the game to find these ghosts and horrors in the night. With any luck, that will be well before Linda's soul is devoured for whatever evil reasons these spirits have. Here is a look at that little bit of gameplay as we head into the new year with more in the wings.
