Cronos
A new gameplay mode for Cronos: The New Dawn is on the way to make sure we can all experience the story of Cronos
I do not know why, but it feels as if Cronos: The New Dawn launched on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC so very long ago. I guess, a matter of months could feel like a long time for anyone out there, but it dropped and Bloober Team added another great success to their list. Sure, some had some complaints about the game, but for the most part, Cronos: The New Dawn was loved. Although there is a good number of fans out there who had issues with the difficulty of the game and the ability to enjoy the story the team was telling. Those voices were loud enough to be heard, as it looks like there is a new game mode on the way to the game in 2026 that will address all of those issues.
Here, we have the announcement of the new Temporal Diver Mode on the way to Cronos: The New Dawn. A new mode that will drop the difficulty of the game for those who just want to enjoy the story and be challenged a little bit. Also, for those who might not have all the time in the world to master the game, but are intrigued by the story. Some gamers out there actually have to be productive, live full lives, and do not have endless nights to stay awake playing video games. That is where this mode will come in. Although, details are a bit sparse on how it will change Cronos: The New Dawn, but it is listed as making it more of a "Story Mode" for us, and as other games have done in the past, we can assume this will still leave the combat in, but make the enemies single-shot or very easy to end so they can explore and learn all of the lore.
