Terminator: Survivors Gives Us A Look At How The Resistance Is Being Made

Terminator

A new look at Terminator: Survivors is here to show off how the Terminator and many other aspects of the game are coming to life

It has been a little bit since we had a fun update for Terminator: Survivors, and now we get to go behind the scenes a bit for the game to see how it is being made. All so NACON can further show off how they are making a game that many have wanted while also gearing us up for when it will be hitting the Early Access phase of things. At least for the PC side of things even though Terminator: Survivors will also be hitting the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S too. But that is a topic for another day. Let us dig into what it has taken so far to build the resistance and the game up to now.

Just like many other behind-the-scenes videos out there, this one for Terminator: Survivors dives into the basics of how the game is made and the basic lore of the IP. This one takes place shortly after the end of the world and the evil Skynet AI killed off most of the human race out there. All so those survivors can then try to fight back against the titular Terminator robots who will always be hunting us in the world. All while we need to scavenge and horde resources to cause the various human factions to be the way they are. A little broad, sure, but it is how they are bringing James Cameron's world back to life and giving us a true survival game that has a few of those tense and horror elements mixed in. Dive into everything just a little lower to see how it is going to be broken down, although, there is not much that could not be picked up by a basic viewing of things.

Were you hoping for something different in the Terminator IP or is this going to be the game that blends everything together well? Is it still telling that there is a focus that humans will never be able to bond together even when there is a unifying threat? How much of the source will be used here or will we only have it based in the world and the rest not even touch the elements of the story we have had shoved on us multiple times already? Take those thoughts down to the comments and then feel free to discuss it all as you so wish to do out there. We will have a lot more for Terminator: Survivors, certainly, so please keep on coming back here to see and hear about all of it. You will be glad you did as you further wait for the full version of this game to launch out there.
