Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into The Pit Gameplay Gets Us Ready For A New Nightmare

Five Nights At Freddy’s

Gameplay for Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into The Pit is here to show us how we will need to run to survive another Five Nights At Freddy’s

Here we go and get ready to run, as we have some actual gameplay for the upcoming Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into The Pit game. A game that still has a release date shrouded in mystery but Mega Cat Studios is still working on getting it out to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when it is ready. Something that looks like it could be rather soon with the latest bit of gameplay we have to look at for the game. A game that will take us through new horrors in the IP as well as around different timelines that have gone down in the Five Nights At Freddy’s universe. This one does have the time-traveling ball pit, so that makes a little sense for those who might be completely immersed in all of the 'lore' going on in this IP.

As you are about to see, or already saw since you skipped down to the video already, in Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into The Pit we will be playing a bit of a cat and mouse game in the core loop. We will be exploring the pizzeria trying to save our friends, family, and self as Oswald while the usual horrors of the IP come for us. Thankfully, we will have places to hide and a ball pit to hop into so we can confront some of the other horrors from the past in the mix of all of this. All so we can get a little slice more of the official Five Nights At Freddy’s story that is coming out of it all. Along with some sweet 16-bit visuals to give us another retro feeling to it all. Have a look now if you have not already jumped into the gameplay before getting to this point.

Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into The Pit is giving me some solid Clock Tower vibes when it comes to the gameplay here. That is an amazing thing even if it would be nice to be able to do more than run and hide in the game. It makes sense for the narrative, but it is always nice to get something a bit different in the mix. Maybe that will be where the extra endings take place. It would be interesting to see if there is an ending that could go down that would make all of the events of Five Nights At Freddy’s just never happen with Oswald saving the correct person in the past and making things never come to light. That would be a fun twist to throw all of the diehard fans, even if it would kill the IP off at that point. I guess we will just have to wait and see…

How do you feel about the gameplay we have here and does it feel at home for the Five Nights At Freddy’s universe? Will it truly be all about running and hiding or will there be a few other things in the mix to give us a variety of actions? Would it be interesting to see an ending where Oswald saves the past and then the future never happens? Let us have all of those theories and thoughts down in the comments while we get the discussion flowing. If we have more to share for Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into The Pit, it will be on the site for sure. Please keep on checking back for all of those updates and the many others we have coming down the pipes still.
