PSN Cards Eh?

Hey, good news for all of you underage gamers in Canada. Underage as in can't have a credit card or debit card. Or if you are the kind of Canadian that doesn't want your card information on your PSN account. Or if you are one those people who like to give gift cards for presents. Or if you are on of those people who like to get gift cards as presents.

Announced today through the PlayStation blog by Kyle Moffatt (Senior Public Relations Specialist), Canada will be getting PSN Cards. Well at least in their local EB Games and GameStop locations, for now with plans to expand out to Best Buy, Future Shop, HMV, The Source by Circuit City, and Rogers Plus entertainment locations within the next few weeks to months. Even though I though there was no more Circuit City, but maybe that is just here in the states.

As of right now, they will only be available in $20 and $50 denominations, and in that crazy French speak that is such the rave up there. So look for them in the above locations if you happen to be one of those people who really want to use these cards or are forced to due to other limitations. Final Fantasy VII, MGS, and Resident Evil Director's cut all just came out for you to use those cards on.
