Head Out To The Early Access Spiderverse Launched For Kill It With Fire 2

Kill It With Fire

Get ready to Kill It With Fire again with the Early Access launched out there with Kill It With Fire 2

Get your torches ready and get all your safety gear together as you can now head out and Kill It With Fire 2. That would have worked a lot better if it was 'too' and not '2' but we are not the ones naming the Casey Donnelan Games and tinyBuild title here. No matter. We are here to let you all know that if you did not get enough of that spider hunting on the PC or in the various VR versions before with Kill It With Fire, this new sequel is out there on Early Access as you are reading all of this. It is time to get a little brave and set out into the whole new universe of slaying all of these little creepy crawlers. Arachnophobes definitely do not need to apply for this one.

In Kill It With Fire 2, and as you will see in the Early Access now, we are setting out into a more Sci-Fi setting for all of this spider slaying out there. Not by going to space or science labs, but in the way of hitting other dimensions out there that have been infested by the spider menace. All to give us more of the weapons, gear, and splatter that Kill It With Fire gave us before. Along with the multiplayer options that have been asked for that will give us a campaign co-op mode and a full-on spider hunt mode so we can brave all of this cartoonish nightmare with our friends. A nicer time than the live-action spot you can see just below to better announce all of this.

Kill It With Fire 2 — Early Access Launch

Kill It With Fire 2, the sci-fi-inspired sequel to the first-person spider-hunter from developer Casey Donnellan Games and publisher tinyBuild, decimates an interstellar arachnid invasion on PC via Steam Early Access today (April 16th).

Demolish horrid new spider species located across the spacetime continuum in all-new out-of-this-world locations. Each offers distinct challenges with mind-blowing discoveries and fresh ways to destroy the eight-legged creeps.

Take the helm of the state-of-the-art Vindicator starship to access dimensions like the creepy halls of the Haunted Artois Manor. Gulp down special concoctions to enhance extermination expertise with new potion-brewing mechanics. Scour nooks and crannies for well-hidden missing ingredients to expand potion options. Fulfill objectives to unlock top-of-the-line weapon upgrades and access to the latest futuristic technology, like the laser gun.

Rally up those spider-hating homies! Kill It With Fire 2 brings highly-requested multiplayer options with two spine-tingling game modes: Campaign Co-Op and Spider Hunt. Travel through intergalactic dimensions with up to three friends to conquer a space-infested campaign or skirmish it up in spider-versus-human matches to see which species remains on top.

It is odd to hear that Kill It With Fire is going to do the whole alternate dimensions thing, even if that is the big thing as of late. Not a terrible thing if done right, but from the gameplay we have here so far, it does not feel like things are truly all that different between them. Maybe it is just me and how I see things for the game up to now. Maybe that will change as the Early Access for Kill It With Fire 2 carries on further and the developers are able to expand after we fund it a bit more. I just know I am excited to use some of the new weapons in the mix so that we can get more of those splatters as the game expands out there.

Are you going to brave this newer version of Kill It With Fire or will you hold off until the Early Access is over? How different will each of the dimensions look and feel out there or will they stay fairly close to each other as it all looks here? Will this just change the look of the spiders instead and the worlds will be the same? Give us your thoughts on this down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all as you so want to do out there. We will have all that we can for Kill It With Fire 2 as it spreads out there. Please keep on checking back for all of those updates and the many more we have coming down the line too.
