Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut Offers Up A Few More Features For The PC Release

Ghost Of Tsushima

New PC features are on the way for Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut to give us another reason to jump back into Ghost Of Tsushima

Just as with many of the PS4 and PS5 titles out there, the PC is getting the Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut and with some new updates and features we did not get on the consoles. Not that Sucker Punch did not give us a great product in the first place, but with the consoles staying a little more stagnant than a PC can be, there are bound to be things that can be added in down the line. Not in the way of just DLC but in what some hardware can offer up to the likes of Ghost Of Tsushima. Here we go with a fun little look at what will be added in if you are opting to get back into the game on May 16th when it does hit the PC.

For the most part, the Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut will bring us what we already could have had on the consoles in terms of the core game, all the DLC, and the use of the DualSense controllers. There will, obviously, be the option to play the game with a mouse and keyboard and to use all of the wide-screen options your graphics card can offer up. Along with that, there is the ability to unlock those frames for those who think that truly will have an impact on your game. Along with the option to have the Japanese dialog lip sync up so you can play the game in the black and white style and dialog option that was popular back before video games were truly ever a thing.

I am glad to see that PC gamers are going to have the ability to experience the Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, but it does not feel like there is going to be much of a reason for those who already picked it up on the consoles. The game looked amazing there and functioned well with the controllers already, which is going to be the same on the PC. That is from someone who has the option to play the game on various platforms, so if you only have a gaming PC, then it is solid news for you. I also do not see the appeal of playing it in a version that will remove out the color and ease of use for me, but maybe these new language and visual features are for a very different audience that Ghost Of Tsushima has yet to tap…

Did you have a chance to experience Ghost Of Tsushima on the consoles or did you need to wait for this release to get a chance to play it all? Will you play with a controller instead of the keyboard or will you always be a mouse gamer out there? Do you think the black and white option will remove some of the wonder of the game or is it just a good excuse to try to play it one more time? Head into the comment section to discuss it all and let the world know your thoughts. If we have more to share for the Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, we will have it all here.
