There are some down sides of the PSP Go! though, Yes, there is no physical copy of the game that you will purchase for the PSP Go! All the games that you want will be on PSN. Who's to say that kids will be buying mature titles behind the parents back? Maybe they will have some sort of verification system to make sure that kids are not buying mature titles. The price point of each game all depends on titles. Which means the high end title name will get the high end price and so on. There is also no second analog stick. The reason for this, which they told me, is that it would be hard for the developers to make game for the PSP Go! and for the current PSP. Which I understand, but still there is enough room for a second analog stick and since the games will be for digital download than why not?
My impression of the system is this simple. For the price point of $249.99, I think it is a bit overpriced for a system that does not have a UMD drive. The fact that the price for each game will be title base which is fine and all but please don’t tell me that you will be charging me $40 per download. I do like to have the ability of the extended memory for the system so you can have up to over 50gb of space for the PSP Go! Maybe they will announce that the PSP Go! will be able to use the 2tb microSD. Overall I am planning on getting the system and try it out and see if everything they have told me will be true.
