Evil Nun
The Evil Nun will be attacking us this December with the latest release date for Evil Nun: The Broken Mask
The Evil Nun trope is coming to many more soon with the latest release date we have for you all out there. This is not to hype up another movie in the long-running IP out there in that medium. No, this is for the title that Keplerians and Feardemic have to offer out there. Soon to be released on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch. That title, if you could not tell by now, is Evil Nun: The Broken Mask. Now slated to drop on all of those platforms on December 7th, 2023. A little past the Halloween mark, but with how filled this time is, I am willing to give the game a solid pass on that. Not to mention we need a good Christian mythology horror game to come out during the time that they choose to force everyone into their beliefs out there.
As the title implies, this is a horror title where we will be chased around by an Evil Nun as we try to flee from the summer camp we find ourselves in. Sister Madeline looks like she will be an unstoppable force that will make us have to use all of our stealth skills in the mix of things to make sure we do not get caught. In normal evil nun manner, if we are caught, it is not a simple slap with a ruler or forced to say a bunch of dumb prayers over and over. Nope, we are looking at death. Thankfully, it does not look like we will be punished the way that the priests in the religion do out there. Maybe that is left only for those special little boys out there. If you know, you know. Anyway, have a look at the latest for the title and get ready to see how Christianity is making the world a terrible place once again by allowing these nuns to kill us all off for fun.

I never did find the evil nun thing all too terrifying out there, but I guess it is for many. That is not to say that the game does not look as if it can add some level of fear to the world, but it would be more in the Terminator-esque style the nun moves about to help us end with all of our living in the game. The graphics do look a bit dated, but as long as Evil Nun: The Broken Mask gives us some fun gameplay and story in the mix, I am sure we will all overlook that. Not to mention, how many horror games do we have coming out at the same time when we need the darkness more in our lives? Unless you really do like spending all that time with your blood family out there. That would be the true horror of the season…
What do you think about the evil nun trope of things and does it freak you out just as much? Will this be a slam to the religion it is based around given everything else of the time or just the best time for the game to launch out there? Can you look past the lower level of visuals to see a good game under it all? Take to the comments to discuss and share all of those ideas with the world. If we have more to offer for Evil Nun: The Broken Mask, it will be on the site for you. Just be sure to keep checking back here for all of those updates and the many others we have to share with the world at large.
