REVEIL
New footage for REVEIL is here and it gives us one more massive look at the terror we might feel when REVEIL launches
The world of REVEIL is back once more to give us a darker look at the world that Pixelsplit has been working on. Perfect timing to get us all further prepared for the spooky season that is incoming as well as giving them all something to show the world during Fear Fest 2023 too. I will focus a bit more on the latter since we get new looks at just how we are going to be walking about in the world of REVEIL. I know I will say it every time, but giving me a creepy circus or carnival will always pull me right into the mix of a game no matter how the gameplay functions out there. It is a problem, I know.
This new footage for REVEIL does reinforce the notion that the game is going to be another horror walking simulation in the mix when it does launch out there. Not a terrible thing, but it does seem to always go down that way when we see a cool new setting for a horror title as of late. I mean, they do sell so they have that going for them. With REVEIL focusing more on the story of it all with some puzzles tossed in, that is going to be better than a few others that we have experienced out there. Not to point fingers or name any names. We will just say they did not have a creepy circus in the mix and call it there.

This new video does make it feel as if there is something we are going to have to hide from in REVEIL. Maybe the game will not only need the jump scare tactics or basic atmosphere to build it up out there. I, for one, am hopeful that is the case. Even if a good portion of the game is just walking from place to place, it will still be a fun ride. Now, if only we fully knew when REVEIL was going to be released out there too. Maybe it will be during October. That would make the most sense, but seeing as we still do not have anything beyond 2023 still, we might be seeing it during a non-horror season.
Do you like the look and feel we have here for REVEIL today or did you want to see the game be something else? Will we have to hide from things in the game or will it be a haunted house sim of sorts with a few escape room elements mixed in? Is it weird to have a love for creepy circus things or are there others like me out there with the same tastes? Head into the comment section to see and discuss all of this. There is more coming for REVEIL, so please keep on coming back to experience all of that. We are going to keep up the work we do here to make sure we all are up to date and seeing the horror the world has to offer.
