Wild Hearts
More gameplay for Wild Hearts has burst onto the scene with another look at a hunt we will have in Wild Hearts
A new hunt is underway just before we get to see the launch of Wild Hearts on February 17th here. A new hunt and a whole lot of new gameplay for Omega Force's upcoming title too. Here we get to see another of the massive monsters we are going to have to team up to bring down, but also a few more of the bits of gear we will have in our hands to do it. A cannon and a staff. Not something that we would normally get overly excited about, but once the combat is flowing, you will see exactly why we will need all of this and how it will make Wild Hearts a more intense title on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. At least, a bit more fun if it is not as intense as you think it is.
The Golden Tempest looks to be another of the giant beasts out there in Wild Hearts, which is a mix of a tiger and various other creatures out there in the world. Something that truly fits the Japanese feel and mythology the game is going to have. A massive beast that we will have to line up our shots with the massive cannon mentioned above, while building temporary structures to help block, and then rain down more pain with the extended staff. A nice flow of things you can see in the following gameplay for Wild Hearts. It does not seem to spoil anything for the game, as the fight seems just as chaotic as one could think and will most likely function differently once we start playing it all.
Wild Hearts — Gameplay: Golden Tempest
Kemono are the embodiment of the power of nature. One such beast is the Aragane, or Golden Tempest. Harnessing the unrelenting power of the wind, this lightning-fast Kemono is not to be taken lightly. Watch new Wild Hearts gameplay footage captured on the PS5 and get an in-depth look at how it will use the power of nature against you and your fellow hunters, as well as possible attacks and weapons you might use to defeat it.
Master ancient tech to hunt down giant beasts. Wild Hearts is a unique twist on the hunting genre where technology gives you a fighting chance against fearsome beasts infused with the ferocious power of nature itself. Take on these creatures alone or hunt with friends in a seamless co-op.
Developed by Omega Force, the Japanese studio behind the Dynasty Warriors franchise and in partnership with EA Originals, Wild Hearts takes you on an epic adventure set in a fantasy world inspired by feudal Japan.
The hunt begins February 17, 2023.
What thoughts do you have for this new beast we will face in Wild Hearts and does it look like things will be chaotic in the end? Do you like the new weapons we have at our disposal here and will they blend in well with everything else we will get to use? Why so many temporary structures here and will that be an odd function of the game that will be abused along the way? Sound off in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all until the game launches. For more on Wild Hearts, please keep checking back here on the site. The news will keep flowing and we will keep updating you all as it comes.
