Detroit: Become Human Is About To Launch & We Have A New Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of May 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Detroit The launch trailer for Detroit: Become Human is here to give us one last look at this version of Detroit and get us further pumped up for the game With Detroit: Become Human launching on May 25th it seems high time for that launch trailer to hit us all. That just happens to be what we have here to enjoy today to give us all a little more of the story we are going to get here as well as a nice little look at what else Quantic Dream has crafted. Just like every other launch trailer out there though, it is more sizzle for Detroit: Become Human and less substance. This is a good thing though as I know I would not want to have much of the game's story spoiled only a few days out from launch. Read More...

Agony A new gameplay mode for Agony is coming with the game and players will be able to compete against each other in this new Agony Mode It looks like there will be more to Agony than we thought when it launches on May 29th here. At least if you can make it through all of the horror and disturbing imagery that Madmind Studios has put together for their version of Hell. If you can, then you will be glad to hear that there will be what is being called Agony Mode for the game and it will be the "multiplayer" aspect of the game. Multiplayer in the terms of being able to rank up against other players out there who are interested in playing the game and then this new mode. Read More...

Dive Deeper Into Dreams With Some New Gameplay Video
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of May 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Dreams New footage for Dreams has been uploaded to show off were the game has evolved to just before E3 so we can get fully prepared for our Dreams there You can tell we are getting closer to E3 as we start to see more gameplay and B-Roll popping up online just as we have here for Dreams today. Although this all seems to come hot on the heels of Media Molecule showing the game off to multiple different outlets out there but also in preparation for E3. Nonetheless, we have more to look at for Dreams here and it truly shows off how pretty much anyone out there will be able to make their own levels and "games" once it all comes to the PS4. There is still no release date for the game but we also have another little update for the game that came along with this gameplay footage. Read More...

Take On A Horde & Many Different Camps With New Days Gone Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of May 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Days Gone More gameplay for Days Gone is here and it gives us a nice look at some end game content for Days Gone as well as some outpost style play We still may need to wait until 2019 to finally get Days Gone on the PS4, but that does not mean we do not have some new gameplay to look at and get excited over. Even if it is all alpha footage for the game, it gives us a nice look and feel for what Bend Studio is working toward and also some of the end game content, or close to the end of game content, we have to look forward too. Not only that, but we also have a nice long look at other kinds of missions and outpost we will have to tackle in Days Gone when all is said and done. Read More...

Green Hell Truly Looks Like It Will Challenge Our Survival Skills
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of May 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Green Hell New gameplay for Green Hell is here and it gives us a solid look at just how much we will have to manage is we want to survive this Green Hell Earlier in the week we had the announcement that Green Hell was coming and that it was going to put us in the middle of "the shit" of surviving the Amazon Rainforest in first-person mode. The idea sounded intriguing and the little bit of gameplay that came with that announcement was fun, but now we have a whole lot more fresh from Creepy Jar that shows off just how much surviving we are going to have to do. Spoiler alert… there is going to be a lot of surviving we will have to do in Green Hell. Read More...

Titanic New Gameplay For Kingdom Hearts III Is Here Fresh From Some Demos
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of May 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Kingdom Hearts A bunch of new gameplay for Kingdom Hearts III is out there now after some big press demos showing off some large boss fights from Kingdom Hearts III Recently, select media outlets were given a chance to play a bit of Kingdom Hearts III and see where the game has progressed to. It looks like today was the day that Square Enix lifted the lock on the releasing of all of those impressions and feelings on where the game is at so far which means that we have a lot of new B-roll and off-screen gameplay to look at and dissect. I would have thought we would have needed to wait until after E3 for all of this, but it looks like Kingdom Hearts III is getting a head start like a few other titles out there. I will not complain, even though it makes it seem like we may not have much more to experience here in a few week's time. Read More...

Battlefield V Has Been Officially Announced With A Reveal Next Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of May 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Battlefield It has been officially revealed that Battlefield V will be the next game in the Battlefield line and we will have a live reveal next week The headline here kind of says it all, but Battlefield V has been set as the official name for the next entry into the franchise with EA and DICE setting up a live event where the game will be shown off for the first time. I wish there was more to officially state for this reveal, but that is about the extent of what we have been given in terms of details and we will have to wait until May 23rd for Trevor Noah to give us more of the skinny. Him and some of the actual developers for Battlefield V will be giving us those details, but obviously the larger performer is what they are trying to use as the pull for us fans of the franchise and non-fans of the franchise. A Demon Runs Wild In Soulcalibur VI As Yoshimitsu Joins The Roster
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of May 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Soulcalibur The next character for Soulcalibur VI and it is another blast from the past of Soulcalibur to cause all kinds of Hell and frustration for others The next character to join the roster of SoulCalibur VI has been revealed and it is none other than one of the fan favorites Yoshimitsu. Fan favorite or character that annoys the Hell out of you when someone selects him given his moves and disorienting nature. At least that is how I always found him when I played him in the past and it looks like Bandai Namco is keeping with a lot of the traditional for him in Soulcalibur VI. I will not deny that this is what has pushed me over the top for excitement for the game to finally launch later this year for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Our Mettle Will Be Tested As We Try To Escape The Green Hell
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of May 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Green Hell A new survival game, Green Hell, is coming and Green Hell looks to give us all the fun of a survival game with all the horrors we would face if it were real If you ever wondered if you could survive the dangers of the Amazon Rainforest if you were lost there, then you are closer to wondering now more as Green Hell has been announced and is all about just that. Well, at least about that minus all of the real-world danger and death that would most likely come to most gamers, but I digress. Green Hell also happens to be the first title from the newly formed studio Creepy Jar as they take the survival game genre and crack it up, then ripping off the knob. Read More...

Lara Is Ever Evolving To The Point In Shadow Of The Tomb Raider
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of May 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider A new developer interview for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here and it takes us through the evolution of Lara from the reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise to now I know we are all waiting for another big update for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider as all we have had since its first leak has been a nice looking CG trailer for the game. It showed us what Eidos-Montréal was aiming for, sure, but it did not give us any actual gameplay or too many details for the game. I have a feeling this was to hold off until Square Enix's big E3 showing that is planned but to give us all a taste. Read More...

Metro Exodus Has Been Delayed Just A Bit But It Could Be A Good Thing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of May 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Metro Exodus A slight delay for Metro Exodus is set out there and now we will not be seeing Metro Exodus until early 2019 instead of late 2018 Do not expect to see Metro Exodus anytime this year, at least in its final form, as it has now been quietly delayed. I say quietly as there was not a huge announcement or statement out there from 4A Games or Deep Silver on it not hitting the PS4, Xbox One, or PC in late 2018 and now aiming for Q1 2019. No, this update was kind of slipped into the middle of the full statement on the parent company's earnings report. Something that a casual fan who is excited for Metro Exodus may have missed but, thankfully, you have us out there skimming through it all and catching it. Read More...
