Lara Is Ever Evolving To The Point In Shadow Of The Tomb Raider
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of May 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider A new developer interview for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here and it takes us through the evolution of Lara from the reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise to now I know we are all waiting for another big update for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider as all we have had since its first leak has been a nice looking CG trailer for the game. It showed us what Eidos-Montréal was aiming for, sure, but it did not give us any actual gameplay or too many details for the game. I have a feeling this was to hold off until Square Enix's big E3 showing that is planned but to give us all a taste. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week of video games in the bag yet again. It was a rough week for us here but we still managed to get all kinds of news and updates out to you for our great hobby. There were a lot of big announcements to see and have out there as we had a new trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 and the fact that Shadow Of The Tomb Raider will be getting an optimization treatment for the PC version. There was also word that Rock Band 4 will be getting RBN again and we even got our final review of God Of War out there for those still on the fence. Read More...

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Is Getting Some Help For The PC Version
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 30th of April 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider A new partnership is here for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider and it will make sure that PC gamers have the best experience they can have for the upcoming Tomb Raider title We may have just had the first semi-showing of Shadow Of The Tomb Raider last week, but here we are yet again to have a bit of information we did not get last week. It is nothing in terms of story, new gameplay, or even a direct look at the game from Square Enix. Sad, I know. Read More...

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Is Revealed & Gets A Littler Darker
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of April 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider The reveal trailer for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here and it looks like we are going to see a darker Tomb Raider with this one The day is here and we now have the first real reveal for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider to get us all amped for. Sure the game was officially announced by Eidos-Montréal a while back, but this is the first video reveal that Square Enix has for the public. I state it that way as it is only a pre-rendered video we have for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider while select few in a few select locations have had the true chance to give the current version of the game a whole. Given that it is still slated to release on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 14th it would be a bit safe to assume it is in a decent place to get a good preview. Read More...

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Is Officially Announced & Coming This Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of March 2018 - 01:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider Just in time for the new Tomb Raider film to hit theaters, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been officially announced and coming this year for all platforms It looks like we can put most of the rumors to rest as Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been officially announced and let loose on the world. At least in the most teaser of ways as Eidos-Montréal and Square Enix are still holding off on the full reveal of the game until April 27th. They still needed to work with the hype of the new Tomb Raider film, so it makes sense that they would make this announcement now and not wait until the film is no longer anywhere out there. Tomb Raider We sit down and review Rise Of The Tomb Raider. It has finally made it over to the PS4 with all its DLC. Here's our review of Rise Of The Tomb Raider It's been a year and a bunch of DLC packs since Rise Of The Tomb Raider launched on the Xbox One and then the PC. Now we have the game here on the PS4 with all of its DLC and upgrades that have been applied over that year in the form of Crystal Dynamics' definitive edition as it were. It may not have that title but with everything packaged here it surely feels that way. None the less, Square Enix wanted us to join in the twenty year celebration and here we are with our review of Rise Of The Tomb Raider. Read More...

Rise Of The Tomb Raider Gets More Woman Vs Wild For The New Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider Another episode of Rise Of The Tomb Raider's Woman Vs Wild has been released and shows us how the new Rise Of The Tomb Raider DLC could play out It's been some time since we last saw Rise Of The Tomb Raider's Woman Vs Wild video series out there. I don't think we've seen a new one since Crystal Dynamics released the game on the Xbox One and Xbox 360. Now that Square Enix is bringing Rise Of The Tomb Raider to the PS4 and the DLC to all of the platforms, including PC, here on October 11th I guess it is about time to give us yet another episode of their "behind the scenes" style video. It makes perfect sense and now we have it right here for all of our viewing pleasures. Read More...

Memories & Zombies Are Dug Up In Rise Of The Tomb Raider
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of August 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider A trailer for the next Rise Of The Tomb Raider DLC has been revealed as well as many other additions coming to this Tomb Raider title to fuel the nightmares As we get closer to the release date for Rise Of The Tomb Raider on the PS4 we also need to remember that we are getting closer to the release of all that extra DLC for the game on the Xbox One and PC too. Of course Crystal Dynamics is only bringing the VR support to the PS4 version of one of the bits of DLC but until now we've only scene glimpses of it all. Sadly, it looks like Square Enix is having its time in the night with zombies as one of the bits of DLC we are getting will be bringing them to Tomb Raider for us to kill in a horde-like mode in the basement of Croft Manor.
