Outlast 2 While Outlast 2 may still be a few months out, you can give the Outlast 2 demo a play just in time for Halloween To Hit If you were like me then I know you were hoping that Outlast 2 would have made a miraculous showing during the month of fear. I know that Red Barrels had their reasons to push the game off until Q1 of 2017 but that doesn't change the fact that we all wanted something scary for our PS4, Xbox One, or PC during this month. Outlast 2 It looks like Outlast 2 has been hit with delays and we won't be seeing Outlast 2 this October but sometime next year Looks like some sad news has been added into the mix as it looks like Outlast 2 is going to be delayed until Q1 of 2017. This is never the news you want to get for your game but here it is none the less right from Red Barrels' social feeds. Outlast 2 During PAX East a whole lot more on Outlast 2 was revealed, only to those who were overly active viewers, & now we all get to see what Outlast 2 holds During PAX East we had a good chunk of gameplay show up for Outlast 2 and we all rejoiced. It looked dark, terrifying, and showed how much care that Red Barrels had put into its development so far. As we all did though we tried to figure a few things out based on the gameplay for Outlast 2 but for those on the show floor or avid viewers of the Twitch streams there was a bit more in the mix. Outlast 2 The first bit of gameplay for Outlast 2 has been released out of PAX East and Outlast 2 looks to bring more fear than the last one The wait is over and the date is here so we have our first Outlast 2 gameplay video fresh out of PAX East. Just in case you forgot this was something that Red Barrels teased a few weeks ago with a very cryptic video that spoke of April 22nd as being a date of importance. Outlast 2 A new teaser trailer for Outlast 2 has been released and a small update on the development for Outlast 2 has been issued from the developer It's been almost a year to the day that we had confirmation that Outlast 2 was in the works. When such a small title that hit so hard as Outlast did sells more that 3.5 million copies it should be quite easy for Red Barrels to work on the sequel. New story DLC for Outlast coming in April that will expand upon the beginning and ending of the game titled Outlast: Whistleblower. PAX East was home to many Indie games this year. So many, that most of the games were located in a section called the Indie Mega Booth. Outlast was one of the games that had their setup in this area. Outlast comes from the brand new indie developers Red Barrels. The company is a 10 man team from Montreal, with each person having experience working with companies such as THQ, EA, and Ubisoft. The team joined up to create and deliver incredibly unforgettable single-player games.
