Scalebound Has Been Officially Cancelled By Microsoft Studios
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 9th of January 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Scalebound After being a staple title at conventions it looks like Scalebound has been given the axe as Microsoft has cancelled Scalebound officially now I hope you weren't too invested in the Scalebound hype that had been pushed out there since its first announcement back in 2014 as it looks like the game is now dead and cancelled. It is official from Microsoft Studios that they have decided to end production on the game to focus on other titles that are still slated for 2017. This is also after opting to delay Scalebound back in 2016 to give Platinum Games more time to bring us the game that was envisioned and also shown off at the many gaming conventions since it was announced. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
TMNT A set of new video clips for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan have been released and each gives us a look at the different TMNT fighting styles and personalities we're getting By now it should be safe to assume that most people know who the characters are for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan. In terms of the main character we are going to get to control in the game. Sure Platinum Games may have tweaked a few things to make it fit into the game's world and also for gameplay reasons but it should be safe to assume. If not then it looks like you are in luck as Activision is bringing us all more to look at for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan in terms of just how each of the turtle's will be fighting and fitting into the video game universe here. Pre-Order TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan & You Could Get Rockin' Duds
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of April 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
TMNT The pre-order bonuses for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan have been shown off and it looks like the TMNT are getting some cosmetic changes based on where you buy We are closely approaching the May 24th release date for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan so of course it is time to hear about the pre-order bonuses that will be available for those fans who want to shell out the cash early. It is an Activision title coming here and you would be daft to think that they wouldn't pay Platinum Games to pump out some form of DLC for the game. Thankfully they have but sadly all of it is only if you pre-order TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan and also based on where you actually go to pre-order at that. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of March 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
TMNT New gameplay for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan has been placed out there and it shows off the turtles in action as well as TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan's release date While a lot of the wait for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan news has been all over the place it looks like the wait for the actual game to release is a lot closer than we could have imagined. Platinum Games has stepped up and it looks like we are now getting the game on May 24th. Just as I assumed from before so that Activision could work in tandem with the new film's release and TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan to try and capitalize on that extra dollar. Read More...

TMNT The official announcement for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan has been made, finally, and we have the first details for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan along with a trailer It only took a little over a month and a whole lot of "leaked" info but TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan is a real thing and now we have the official statement of so. I am still not completely certain why it took Platinum Games or Activision to fully embrace the leaks and plug them by officially announcing TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan but what is done is done. Now we just get to look forward and onward for this TMNT video game to hit this summer on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Screenshots For TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan Have Surfaced
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of January 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Mutants In Manhattan Another leak for the unannounced TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan has occurred and this time we have screenshots to see for Mutants In Manhattan to show the game in some way Another major leak for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan but still no official announcement for the game. This time it looks like we have some actual screenshots from the game even though Platinum Games and Activision has yet to give the official word on Mutants In Manhattan. Still very odd but this could all be part of their plan to promote the game well before it gets any kind of official announcement. We'll just keep TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan as one of the worst kept secrets for now as we have a look at the new screenshots and wait for the word on the game truly being in the works. Read More...

More Leaks For TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan Still No Announcement
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of January 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Mutants In Manhattan More information leaked for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan in the way of Xbox One Achievements but still no official word on Mutants In Manhattan even being in development This seems like it is going to be a running joke for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan as we have yet another "leak" of information but no acknowledgement from any of the parties claimed to be involved on if it really is a game. It's been a few months since rumor started up that Platinum Games and Activision were working on Mutants In Manhattan but even now that we have a list of Achievements for the Xbox One version of the game we still have no one jumping out into the open and declaring TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan to be more than just a fan pipedream. Yes, you read that. Read More...

More On TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan In The Way Of Leaked Art
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of December 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
Mutants In Manhattan Some possible new art for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan has shown up and if true it points in the direction that Mutants In Manhattan could go if it is indeed a game being made If you remember earlier in the month we heard about a possible TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan video game in the works. Speculation started to rise when the name was registered by Activision and said registration listed Platinum Games as the developer. Since then neither group has been forthcoming with any information as to what Mutants In Manhattan could be or if it is indeed another title in the works and the governments that enforce said registrations of IPs let the cat out of the bag a little early. Oh, How I Wish Bayonetta 2 Wasn't A Wii U Exclusive
by Julia Thompson [ Tuesday, 18th of February 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
There is a new trailer for Bayonetta 2, a game that is exclusive to the Wii U only. This is going to hurt the sale of the game… It really hurts that the title of this new Bayonetta 2 trailer is titled Did you miss me? because I do. I also will miss you when you finally launch exclusively on the Wii U this summer. It still breaks my heart that Bayonetta 2 is a Wii U exclusive as I don't think it fits the console; also the fact that I don't own one and don't think that Bayonetta 2 is going to change my opinion on owning one. But enough of the sad stuff. Read More...

E3 2013 Hands On: Bayonetta 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of June 2013 - 05:46 PM ]
If ever there was a title that would make me actually purchase a WiiU, Bayonetta 2 would be that title. After getting to toil around with the latest build of the game, it makes me sad that I will most likely have to wait some time to actually get to play it proper. But that is me and the tens of WiiU owners out there; here is a little more information on why you should be picking up the game next year and why all of the non-WiiU owners will be jealous. This was my first time playing a real game with the WiiU controller and I was a bit worried as all of the tech/non-tech demos I've played were designed specifically with the controller in mind. Bayonetta originally wasn't so I was expecting it to be a bit on the rough side in terms of controls. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of February 2013 - 07:06 PM ]
When one hears anything Metal Gear you usually think "Tactical Espionage" style of game. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance deviates from that to an extreme, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. While it all takes place in the same game universe, MGR:R tries a bit of difference with an action packed style of game play. How does it work out? Well read on. Read More...

Trailer Park (12/14/11)
by Matt Waitt [ Wednesday, 14th of December 2011 - 03:51 PM ]
Alright ladies and gentlemen it's time for another installment to everyone's favorite program. First up we got a trailer for the opening cinematic to Blizzard's upcoming masterpiece; Diablo III. The trailer features our old friend Deckard Cain narrating a prophecy foretold in one of his many books. I personally cannot wait for Diablo III. I loved the first two installments of the franchise a lot and spent countless hours on Diablo II. Read More...

Review: Bayonetta
by Michael Camacho [ Friday, 15th of January 2010 - 08:07 PM ]
I went into Bayonetta with much enthusiasm, but still approached it with caution. Was this another Japanese action game that relies on a sexy female protagonist and forgoes gameplay (see Onechanbara)? No, Bayonetta proved itself to be so much more. Bayonetta is a witch trying to remember her past and stop the resurrection of Jubileus The Creator.  She fights angels and other angelic beings from Paradiso. She fights with a variety of melee weapons while dual wielding pistols in her hands as well as another pair attached to her heels. Read More...
