More Signs Are Hinting That Final Fantasy VII Remake's First Episode Will Release In 2017
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of January 2017 - 01:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy VII Remake Another listing for Final Fantasy VII Remake indicates that we actually may see the first episode of Final Fantasy VII Remake sometime this year Here we go with just a bit more pointing to the fact that we may be seeing Final Fantasy VII Remake at some point this year. This isn't the first time something has popped up like this of course but to the dismay of Square Enix it looks like retailers just can't stop letting things slip out a bit earlier than they should. Like I said, this one also shows that we could be seeing the first episode of Final Fantasy VII Remake this year as there are now options to pre-order it all right now. At least if we take what just popped up on the Australian EB Games website. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV's First Big DLC Is Bringing All Kinds Of Fun Festivities
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of December 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV Details on Final Fantasy XV's first DLC, Holiday Pack, have been given and it looks like Final Fantasy XV is going to be festive in its own way; paid or not We've seen all of the teases and semi-updates for the Final Fantasy XV DLC that will be coming and as expected, it looks like that Holiday Pack bit is just about to hit us. As in next week we should be seeing all of the new bits added to the game from Square Enix just for those who have picked up the Season Pass or choose to purchase it all on its own. But wouldn't you know, given the holiday season, this bit of DLC for Final Fantasy XV isn't going to be reserved just for those who dropped the extra $25 USD for the pass but also for anyone who dropped the cash to pick up the full game already. Final Fantasy's 30th Anniversary Could Be Massive If Rumors Are True
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of December 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy New rumors for Final Fantasy's 30th Anniversary celebration have begun to circulate and if true we could be getting all of Final Fantasy in one spot Next year is going to be a big one for Final Fantasy XV as the franchise is hitting its 30th year in the running. It's hard to believe it has been going so strong for that long and it looks like Square Enix is going to be doing something special just for it. That of course is based on news we had from earlier in the year when they opened up a portal site to get us all ready for the 2017 celebration and nothing too new. Some big things are supposedly coming and if you can believe the latest rumors to crop up, we may be getting more Final Fantasy than we want or need next year and running into the following one as well. Here Is Everything You Need To Know Before Setting Forth Into Final Fantasy XV
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of November 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV A new trailer for Final Fantasy XV has released and it takes us through all of the aspects of Final Fantasy XV we did or didn't know just yet In just over a week from now we will be diving into the world of Final Fantasy XV and seeing if the insanely long development cycle for the game is going to pay off. I have insanely high hopes that it will but it never hurts to be cautiously optimistic these days even though Square Enix has generally been able to pump out some great quality work over the franchise's nearly thirty year run. Gods that makes me feel old but it doesn't downplay my eagerness to give Final Fantasy XV a solid chunk of my remaining time here. Read More...

The Leviathan Has Arisen From The Depths of Final Fantasy XV
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of November 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV More screenshots for Final Fantasy XV have been released and we get to see more summons and characters for Final Fantasy XV just before launch The days are counting down faster and faster until we will get to play Final Fantasy XV on our PS4 and/or Xbox One and it looks like we are still getting more and more for the game before launch. Some may say that Square Enix is showing off too much of the game before November 29th but I personally see it as a testament to how large the game will be in the end. Or just how little we've actually seen of Final Fantasy XV leading up to now and that we've been mostly seeing recycled footage and images up until now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of November 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site This sure has been one crazy week and not just in video games. We won't go into all the other stuff going on in the world but we'll focus back on our little distractions that had some updates. Like Final Fantasy XV and Resident Evil 7 to name a few. That is if we ignore N7 Day as well and skip over the Mass Effect updates that we had to see. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV's Shiva Is Out In Force With New Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of November 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV A bunch of new screenshots for Final Fantasy XV have been released and we get to see Final Fantasy XV's version of Shiva in action amongst other things Just in case the bombardment of Final Fantasy XV pre-order videos wasn't enough for us all this week, it looks like we have a whole slew of new screenshots for the game that show off the summon of Shiva, another location, and some of the behind the scenes stuff we will be micromanaging when the game hits the PS4 and Xbox One on November 29th. One would think that Square Enix is showing us way too much of the game before launch but I have a feeling this is all linked into how large the final game will be. It has been touted to be quite massive and you'd expect that with Final Fantasy XV having a ten year cycle of sorts that we won't be left wanting for more for a long time in the game. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV A plethora of Final Fantasy XV videos have been released to show off all of the new Final Fantasy XV pre-order bonuses that are out there We are almost to the point where we can count down the days on all of our digits until Final Fantasy XV releases and we've seen a bit of the pre-order bonuses out there to real us in early. We've also seen the Season Pass that Square Enix is going to give us over the course of the game's life-cycle as well. As it looks today, we have a massive dump of pre-order bonuses to add to the list of DLC for Final Fantasy XV across both the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV's Nights Will Be Dark And Full Of Terrors
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of October 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV Even more details for Final Fantasy XV have been revealed and this time we get to see how Final Fantasy XV's magic will work as well as traveling It looks like in all of the excitement of last week's Final Fantasy XV gold announcement that a few things fell through the crack and are just now being picked up. Yes, Square Enix giving us the final date for the game was amazing and so was the new CG trailer for it all but it looks like there were other details on the magic system, nighttime monsters, and travel in the game that were also revealed. So much excitement for Final Fantasy XV and it looks like those visuals overtook the gameplay mechanics yet again. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site What a week in video games we just had huh? So many amazing announcements and updates we had that I am still trying to recover before the Halloween parties get into full swing. It's going to be hard with all the Final Fantasy XV and Resident Evil 7 announcements and videos we had. That is only the tip of it all as Watch Dogs 2 had quite a bit and that isn't even digging into the Dishonored 2 stuff that we had this week. Read More...

A Moogle A Day Will Keep The Bad Guys Away In Final Fantasy XV
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of October 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV Details and gameplay for Final Fantasy XV's moogles have been released and now we can see how they will aid in Final Fantasy XV's battles If you've been following along with Final Fantasy XV's Moogle campaign you would know that there was a reveal coming for the cute little things in the game. It looks like whatever number Square Enix was trying to get to with the followers, RTs, and everything has been met and now we get to see just how Moogles will be affecting things in the game. Sadly it doesn't mean we are going to get a fully playable Moogle character in Final Fantasy XV but they do look to have some great bonuses mixed in even if they are nothing more than a stuffed animal here. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site This has sure been one intense week in video games now hasn't it? Full of so many teases and then a few new announcements and reveals. We're looking at you Red Dead Redemption 2. Place Your Bets & Get Read To Race Chocobos In Final Fantasy XV
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of October 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV New gameplay footage for Final Fantasy XV's chocobo races has sprung up and it lets us see how Final Fantasy XV will handle them It's been no secret that Final Fantasy XV was going to be bringing back these beloved creatures and that we were going to get to ride them. Hells, Square Enix even made mention before that we were going to get to race them again as we have in past version of the franchise. Mentioned but had yet to fully shown just how it would handle in Final Fantasy XV once it hits the gamer's hands on November 29th. Something all of us care about, or at least hopefully care about, when it comes to our games and such. Read More...
