See The Uncharted 4: A Thief's End E3 Demo Most Haven't Seen
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Not all of the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End E3 demo was shown to the world during the Sony Press Conference but we have that second half of the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End goodness just for you I'm going to start this off with a small spoiler alert that not everyone at E3 gets to see the same demo and that was also the case when it came to the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End demo shown to the world during the Sony conference. Not to out of the norm as the powers that be like to give news sites and publications a little more to look at to spice up their coverage; not that Naughty Dog really needs any extra spice for Uncharted 4 here but that seems to always be the norm in the recent years. I could go on and on all day about that here but that isn't why we are here right now as we have something nice to look at for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End instead. Read More...

E3 2015 Hands On — Drawn To Death
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
While At E3 I Was Able To See Drawn To Death In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It There were games at E3 I had to see and then there where games like Drawn To Death that I HAD to see on the show floor. The prior meaning a work required viewing and the later a personal need and the Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency and Sony San Diego were able to comply in both a booth format as well as a fan experience while out there at E3. While At E3 I Was Able To See Until Dawn In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It Not too long ago we were treated to the news that Until Dawn would be launching the on the PS4 on August 25th. Not too long from now even though it misses the mark of the best month for horror titles. Read More...

New Character & Level Shown Off For Drawn To Death
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of June 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
During one of the E3 kickoff video streams from Sony San Diego Studios we had a nice look at Drawn To Death as well as a new character and level for Drawn To Death Last week we got our first really good look at one of the characters for Drawn To Death as we lead into all of the big news for E3. Last night (6/11) though during the Sony San Diego Studios stream of Drawn To Death, the team from Bartlet Jones showed off the build we are all going to get to play out there but also a new character and a new level for the game. Not only that but a few more details that have yet to be completely nailed down for Drawn To Death since its first showing during the PlayStation Experience. Read More...

Now We Know When Everybody's Gone To The Rapture
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 11th of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new teaser trailer for Everybody's Gone To The Rapture has been released with the best information being the released date for Everybody's Gone To The Rapture It feels kind of weird as this could have been a better part of the E3 announcements but now we have a release date for Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. I'm not going to complain because I been overly intrigued with what The Chinese Room and Santa Monica Studios have been cooking up for the game since it first came on the scene but this announcement, and trailer, feel like it would have been better placed during the larger PlayStation conference in a few days where it would get to stand with all of the other PS4, PS3, and PS Vita titles that will be on display. Maybe they just didn't want Everybody's Gone To The Rapture to get lost in the hustle and bustle there. Read More...

There Is Going To Be A Ratchet & Clank Film Tie-In Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of June 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
The first trailer for the Ratchet & Clank tie-in game for the Ratchet & Clank film based off the Ratchet & Clank franchise has been released with great humor The title kind of says it all but we have our first look at the Ratchet & Clank game for the PS4 that will be launching sometime along with the Ratchet & Clank film next year. The film of course is hitting theaters on April 29th of 2016 and seeing as this game is linked to the events and story that the film will be portraying it will be safe to assume that Insomniac Games will be wrapping it up and sending it out for packaging at least sometime around then. That does make perfect sense does it not? Read More...

Let's Get To Know Drawn To Death's Johnny Savage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
The first major character bio for Drawn To Death has been released out to the world and it details Drawn To Death's Johnny Savage with moves and a bit of backstory Up until now we have had a very basic story and character breakdown for Drawn To Death. Bartlet Jones has given us some between last year's PSX show and now but nothing too substantial. I'm guessing this is partly because they were still working on all of the kinks and partly because they wanted to have something amazingly over the top to show off at E3. Read More...

Until Dawn Is Coming A Lot Sooner Than Most Of Us Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
We have a new Until Dawn trailer as well as the official release date for Until Dawn and it is a lot sooner than we thought it would be As stated on the PlayStation Blog, it has been a while since we had anything new to look and or known from Until Dawn. You know, the B-movie horror game in the works from Supermassive Games where we get to decide the fates of eight teenagers out for a good time in a cabin in the woods. Such a tried and true trope to use but for Until Dawn it has looked spectacular and looks like it is getting better and better which is good since it will be hitting the PS4 on August 25th this year. Watch Hades Rule Again In God Of War III Remastered
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of May 2015 - 03:01 PM ]
A new video for the God Of War III Remastered version coming to the PS4 has been released showing off the epic Hades boss battle The title here should really say it all but just in case, we have some new footage for God Of War III Remastered and this time it is the entire boss fight with my main man Hades. All of course in 1080p running at 60 frames per second so we can all get a good feeling for what we can expect to see from the remastered version Sony Santa Monica has been working on to bring us. Not a bad choice of fight or scene to bring us to show off God Of War III Remastered's new visuals if I do say so myself but of course I am a bit bias here. Read More...

Rumor: A New MediEvil Title May Be Announced Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of May 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
'Leaked' videos and stills may be showing that we may have a new MediEvil title coming soon; possibly for the PS4 Update It turns out this is not a new MediEvil title in the works but a fan build based on the original title in the hopes to show Sony why there needs to be a new MediEvil title made. Kudos on the build as it does look production quality at the end of the day. MediEvil β€” Unreal Engine 4 Yet another franchise can't keep things hidden for a great reveal as we now may be getting another MediEvil title for the PS4. Read More...

The Last Of Us: Left Behind Is Going Standalone
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of May 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
The Last Of Us: Left Behind is coming to the PS3 and PS4 as standalone DLC for the core game of The Last Of Us in May So this seems like a little weird bit of news but The Last Of Us: Left Behind DLC will be coming to the PS3 and PS4 as a standalone experience on May 12th. This would be that DLC for The Last Of Us that gave us all a little insight into the background of Ellie and her friend Riley. This would be the bit of story that is only alluded to in the core game as to how we all found out that Ellie is immune to whatever fungus is floating around in the world. Read More...

A New Look At The Vast Empty Of Everybody's Gone To The Rapture
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of April 2015 - 05:01 PM ]
Thirteen more minutes of gameplay for Everybody's Gone To The Rapture have been released to show off the vastness of the game's world and AI Yesterday we had a nice little look at the tone of Everybody's Gone To The Rapture as well as a bit more to the soundtrack of the game. Santa Monica Studios and The Chinese Room are really hitting that loneliness angle home here as even the gameplay we have only shows how big the game's world will be and how empty it will be. You know, because Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. Read More...
