The Battle Is On As We Diving Into The Weapons Of Control
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of August 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Control Another breakdown for Control is here to show off the main weapon and power we will have at our disposal when pushing for Control The wheel keeps turning for us when it comes to Control as we have more flowing out almost every day now. Although, this time it is a bit on the shorter side form Remedy as it is a basic rundown of the powers and weapons that Jesse will get to use in the game. It is not as if we have not seen that so many times for Control already, but here we go with one more recap. For those few out there that have no idea what is going on and want to be fully up to speed when August 27th rolls on up. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of August 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Destroy All Humans Two new editions of Destroy All Humans! have been announced that will give us all kinds of new goodies for Destroy All Humans! It should be no surprise at this point that THQ Nordic has put out all kinds of collector's editions for their games and now we have two more for Destroy All Humans! I would have been a bit more surprised if there was not one, to be honest, but it looks like that surprise is not going to be a thing. All in a great way as I have been looking forward to this version of Destroy All Humans! Read More...

Gamedec Has Been Revealed Just Ahead Of Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of August 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Gamedec A new cyberpunk-themed RPG, Gamedec, has been announced with Gamedec aiming to bring isometric gameplay in 2020 Cyberpunk seems to be the new hotness in the video game arena, and now we are back with yet another in the genre with Gamedec. This would be a new title coming out of Anshar Studios on PC via Steam that will take us into a different world where we will need to clean up everything with our detective skills. I think. It is hard to gauge for Gamedec based on what we have here. Read More...

Review — Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus — Heretek DLC
by Chris Avila [ Friday, 9th of August 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Mechanicus We sit down and review Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus — Heretek DLC. The latest Expansion for Mechanicus. Here is our review of the Heretek DLC Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus was published back in November and was quite enjoyable. Back when I was reviewing the original game, I felt there was a real mismatch between the two main factions, the Mechanicus and the Necrons. It seemed like a weird pairing but they seemed to make it work and really managed to weave an enjoyable story. The Heretek DLC has patched some of the holes for me in that story. Read More...

It Is Time To Go Truly Beyond In No Man’s Sky
by Julia Schoebel [ Friday, 9th of August 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
No Man’s Sky The launch trailer for No Man’s Sky’s Beyond update is here to give us a better look at everything coming to No Man’s Sky next week The teasing is mostly over for No Man’s Sky’s next big update. We have a new bit of gameplay to look at for it all as we are now only days away from getting to add everything in that Hello Games has worked on. Just a bit more of a showing to how we gamers should always let the developer take their time to do what is right for the game while in that phase. If all of the loudmouths would have just been quiet, No Man’s Sky would have launched at the same place we are just now getting to. Read More...

Let Us Set The Scene To Fight The Enemies Within Control
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of August 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Control More behind-the-scenes videos for Control are out to give us some insight into the music of Control and the basic setting we will be going into It is interesting to see how much is out there for Control, yet there is still so much about the game that we just do not know. Even when you start to dig down into all of the gameplay we have out there and stills we have seen, it all feels like we have not even scratched the surface of the game. I have a feeling this is by design from Remedy to keep it all feeling fresh. I also have a feeling that it is a way to try to explain Control without needing us all to just play the game. See How Lucky We Are For Those Who Remain
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of August 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Those Who Remain New visuals for Those Who Remain have been released for Gamescom and they show off a bit more of the darker side of Those Who Remain It is always a fun time when Gamescom rolls around as it always seems like games that may have been forgotten come back up, as is the case here for Those Who Remain. We last heard anything about this game back in 2018 when Camel 101 first announced it was in the works. It caught eyes due to some of the visuals for this psychological horror title, and it looks like that keeps coming. Read More...

Review — Trover Saves The Universe
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of August 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Trover Saves The Universe We sit down and review Trover Saves The Universe. An interesting VR game from some amazingly twisted minds. Here is our review of Trover Saves The Universe Hopefully by now you are at least aware of Trover Saves The Universe and the team behind it all here. I am not talking about just Squanch Games, but all of the minds that have input into the humor and worlds that the game is either based on or takes influence from. Fans of Rick And Morty will know exactly what I am talking about here as those influences can directly be seen all around. Being a huge fan, I was glad to put on my VR headset and dive right into the world of Trover Saves The Universe and see if it could live up to it all. Read More...

Here Is Why You Should Not Play Man Of Medan Alone
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of August 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Man Of Medan A new developer diary for Man Of Medan shows off a bit more on how the multiplayer and co-op will actually work when playing Man Of Medan with friends It was a bit shock to find out that Man Of Medan, and the rest of The Dark Pictures Anthology, was going to have a bit of a multiplayer aspect mixed into it all. I will not gripe that we are getting it, as it has sounded rather interesting since Supermassive Games let that one slip. It is just not something that was fully expected to be in there for Man Of Medan from the start. Read More...
