A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Gaming. And there is yet another week in the bag of gaming. Time to move on to all of the fun that the weekend offers us gamers who are lucky enough to have them off. For those who don't here is a nice list of everything you might be missing out on or can look forward too once you are done with your work week. Daylight Lets You Know You Are Going To Be Watched On April 29<sup>th</sup>

Daylight for Zombie Studios finally has a solid release date and a new trailer. Also some discounts to make up for the wait. It's been a bit since we heard anything for Daylight and boy do we have some fun and good news. Like for instance that it is now slated to release on the PS4 and Steam on April 29th now. We've had a few ups; the official release dates for Daylight and Basement Crawl secured down. We've had some down; the loss of Irrational Games and uncertainty in the BioShock franchise. It Looks Like Daylight Is Coming Soon With Extra 'Scares'

Daylight gets a release date for the PC and PS4 as well as a few new location descriptions and a way for spectators to scare you. Big news horror fans and those looking forward to Zombie Studios' procedurally generated, survival horror game Daylight. First off, we finally have a release date. Looks like we will all be getting our pants filled with crap on April 8th this year. Right before Tax Season in the US. So we will all have double the reason to require fresh panties this April. The E3 Daylight Trailer Is Just As Cryptic As The Game

Back during PAX we got a little bit of hands-on with Daylight and the developers were a bit close lipped about some of the specifics even while we were playing the demo. As you move through an abandoned hospital with but your phone for light and direction you encounter cryptic things about the environment that we had to piece together to continue. A nice little feature that isn't all that common in games today and with the below E3 trailer it looks like it is going to move into their PR for the game as well. PAX East Hands On: Daylight

I’ve said it before; it's tough not to grab my attention when I get shown a video game. But it is tough to pull me away from one that already has my attention. Zombie Studios showcased their game Daylight at the Astro Headset Booth, which was close to Square Enix, my favorite developer/publisher, and right next to Wizards of the Coast, makers of my favorite TCG, Magic: The Gathering. This is an incredibly difficult location for a game to be showcased if it wants to keep my attention. Zombie Studios had no trouble reaching that feat. Read More...
