Think you have what it takes to build your own game for Xbox Live, and can do better than what is out there now?  Well now you can, as Microsoft has announced that XNA Game Studio software will be made available to gamers who yearn to create their own video games.  Micorsoft already had a trial run of the XNA Creators Club games earlier this year which featured "Little Gamers", "Culture", "Jellycar", "The Dishwasher" and others.  MS has plans to introduce the XBox Live Community Games this holiday season to XBL Marketplace. Microsoft unveiled in their plan that you will be able to have your games added to the XBL Marketplace, for a price of 200 to 800 points, after passing a peer review, as well as take home a cut of the total revenue the game makes, which MS claims to be up to 70% in a form of a quarterly check. Thanks to a Kotaku story, I found out Marvelous has finally announced and revealed the actual figure to be included in the Ikkitousen EF Limited Edition set for the Sony PSP.  As noted prior, it features the mother-daughter team of Hakafu and Goei.  The figure set is actually a pun referring to "Oyako donburi", which means "parent and child donburi" which is a dish made of Rice, Egg and Chicken.  But as interesting as that is, we all know everyone is more interested in the figure itself.  So here is some images of said figure:       Now we know the OBVIOUS joke of "2 Girls 1 cup" here, but it has already been used a few times over on other sites, so we will leave it be. Late last week Dengeki announced that the Official Site for the To LOVE[Ru] games was revealed. This Fall, October 2nd 2008 to be exact, anime and manga fans of Ikki Tousen (Battle Vixens in the U.S.) can beat-'em-up on the go.  Ikki Tousen: Eloquent Fist, or EF, for short will make it's debut on the Sony PSP as a side scrolling 2D Action/Beat-'Em-Up game.  The anime best known as fan service due to it's featuring of girls battling out in dresses and short skirts, as well as featuring many ecchi moments such as clothing being literally ripped to shreds and gratuitous panty shots. The game will feature animation sequences reproduced from the CD and look very well done on the PSP's small screen.  And yes, just like in the anime and manga series, the game features a Costume Destruction System, so as more damage is taken, the less clothes the character will have. Announced from company Compile Heart, comes a new J-RPG experience entitled Cross-Edge (X-Edge) due out for the PS3 in September.  According to a Kotaku article today, it will feature characters from Capcom, Nippon Ichi, Namco Bandai, Idea Factory and Gust. Characters from Disgaea, Dark Stalkers, AR Tonelico and more will appear in the game (Full list below). The game will feature classic turn-based battles with up to four charcters in your party,  story that in which you will rescue souls, and have the ability to dress up your characters.  You will also be allowed to assign attacks to buttons on your Dualshock Controller, and combine multiple attacks for more damage.
