Review — Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition
by Greg Tatterfield [ Friday, 14th of April 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Bulletstorm We Sit down and review Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition. A re-master of last gen’s action packed underrated shooter. Here's our Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition review The story in Bulletstorm follows Grayson Hunt, a rouge assassin out for revenge against his commander, but this takes a turn for the worst when they crash land on a violent resort planet filled with rival gangs and other dangers. Grayson then must fight for a way off the world to survive. Bulletstorm is an action packed first-person shooter; think of DOOM’s frantic gameplay meets Borderlands' humor then you will have an idea of what to expect. Read More...

Get Ready To Launch Some Fools With Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of March 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Bulletstorm A launch trailer for Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition has been released to show us even more on how Bulletstorm has been upgraded and worth our time and money again In case you forgot, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition will be launching on April 7th here for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We've brought this up before as this is the remastered version of People Can Fly's insane, bullet-hell driven title from a while back that had a nice little following for it. It's been given a bit of a tune up and a fresh coat of paint and will soon be out there for everyone to drive around like an asshole if they wish. That is not a testament to what I think of Bulletstorm mind you, just a fitting description of how it all came together again based on the titles themes and setting. Read More...

Borderlands At GDC, the devs behind Borderlands had a new tech demo shown off that housed some new techniques the next Borderlands may be using If you're a fan of Borderlands, and let's face it you most likely are as you sped in here, then you are in for a real treat here as we may have seen some of the technology that will bring that game to life. Straight out of GDC there was a panel where part of the team from Gearbox was showing off some of their new work with the Unreal Engine. All of which pointed toward how they are working on rendering techniques for future games, the previously announced new Borderlands title falls in there, and they showed off just how they were improving on their old system to make sure they could get their unique look perfect for the future. Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition Has Some New Gameplay To Spy
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Bulletstorm New gameplay for the Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition HD remaster is here as well as a nice look at how you can play Bulletstorm with Duke Nukem as the main character Maybe you were part of the cult following or maybe your weren't, but let's all remember back in 2011 when we first got our hands on a little game called Bulletstorm. Ringing any bells or does this little title from People Can Fly elude your memory and you need more to go one? Okay, well this was another FPS title that Cliff Bleszinski worked on that had us kicking and shooting people in the dicks to rack up points to save ourselves. Read More...

A New Borderlands Title Has Been Confirmed But Not Named
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Borderlands It was assumed that a new Borderlands was on its way but it has been confirmed that a new Borderlands is on the plate after Battleborn releases I was pretty certain that a new Borderlands was all but confirmed already as it has been such a well-received franchise but now we have a 100% confirmation that one is coming. At least it will be coming sometime after Gearbox has completed Battleborn and all of the DLC they have in the works for the title. But now all of you Borderlands fans can rest assured that we have another one coming at some point due to a nice little talk that happened at PAX East where the news and confirmation was put out there. Go Through The Battleborn Bootcamp Just Before The Beta
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of April 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Battleborn A new video for Battleborn has launched and it looks to recruit you to the different factions of Battleborn as well as give us all a good final look at those badasses As of today you can pre-load Battleborn in preparation for the big open beta that is about to go down. It looks like Gearbox and 2K Games are preparing for a huge influx of gamers here soon and trying to mitigate the server downtime a bit. At least in terms of loading the game up. You know, because having on the PS4 players gain access to Battleborn tomorrow is going to cause huge issues for those Xbox One and PC gamers before the 13th. Read More...

Be The Badass You Were Born To Be As Battleborn's Beta Is Dated
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of March 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Battleborn The start date for Battleborn's open beta have been set and we have the details of what parts of Battleborn we will get to experience when it goes live We are not that far off from Battleborn's official release of May 3rd and we knew that there was an open beta in the works to make sure all of the server bugs were stamped out. Now we have those dates for said beta and it looks like Gearbox is giving those PS4 players a little bit extra over the PC and Xbox One fans. Way to keep us all fighting with yet another title that has free content/exclusives in this modern age. Read More...

Time For The Incursion Into Battleborn's New Mode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of March 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Battleborn A new video for Battleborn has been released to show off the new Incursion mode for Battleborn that will have players slaying all over the place Here we go with yet another mode for Battleborn here. All of the heroes are out there so it looks like this is going to be what we get from here on out from Gearbox but that is perfectly fine with me. They do need to pad the media and updates for Battleborn to make sure it all lasts until May 3rd to keep us all interested. As if the badasses of the game weren't enough. Read More...

The Battleborn Cast Is All Here Now With Last 2 Badasses
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of March 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Battleborn The last two characters for Battleborn have been revealed and now we know the full launch roster of heroes coming to Battleborn and their moves The final two characters for Battleborn have now been revealed and we can take in all of the 25 launch badasses coming to the game. Of course we finish off with these two as they are described as the most absurd that Gearbox has put together for the game. A luchador and an old robotics genius who is too lazy to do a thing. Sounds about right for Battleborn given all of the other characters in there already. Read More...

Story Mode & More Heroes For Battleborn To Take In
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of February 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Battleborn Three new heroes for Battleborn have been revealed to us as well as the co-op story mode for Battleborn that looks to change the game for the better Looks like we are even closer to that sweet number of 25 for Battleborn's hero roster as we get closer to the release of the game. We have three new heroes to show off for Gearbox's next huge title and it looks like they are not light on the badassitude. That is a word now. But not only do we get to see these three new heroes in action but it looks like 2K Games allowed for some of the co-op story mode to get mixed in just to show us what we have to look forward to on May 3rd here. Another Pair Of Badasses Join The Ranks Of Battleborn
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of February 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Battleborn Two more characters join Battleborn as playable and we have a bit more gameplay for Battleborn to show off how they fit into the 5v5 multiplayer experience We can now bring the total number of characters revealed for Battleborn up to 20 out of the 25 as we have two more to add to the list. Not only two more characters to add but Gearbox has also given us some new gameplay footage for Battleborn to show off these new characters in all of their virtual glory. There is still plenty of time before the May 3rd release date for Battleborn to get those other five characters in there but there is a beta and promotions to be had for the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC so I am sure they will be in short order to get out. Two More Badasses For Battleborn To Show Off Their Stuff
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Battleborn More gameplay for Battleborn has been placed online, with commentary, that show off two more heroes for Battleborn in the way of Ghalt and Deande As if we didn't already have too many options in Battleborn when it comes to heroes it looks like we have two more to look at in the mix. I think Gearbox is going to just flood us with options that many of us will not know what to do with when Battleborn finally launches. I guess this could be good for anyone looking for a "hero shooter" on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC but none the less we have two more to look at here. Then at least one more as we head into the open beta phase for Battleborn. Read More...

Tales From The Borderlands We Sit Down And Review Tales From The Borderlands — The Vault Of The Traveler. This Is The Fifth And Final Episode Of Telltale's Take On Gearbox's Famed Franchise. Here's Our Review On How They Did All great things must end sometime and sadly here we have the final episode of Tales From The Borderlands' first season. There have been a lot of ups and not so many downs for this take on Gearbox Software's franchise and it has been one of my favorites from Telltale Games to date. Get Ready For The Season Finale For Tales From The Borderlands
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Tales From The Borderlands The season finale trailer for Tales From The Borderlands has been released with all of the accolades and sneak peeks at Tales From The Borderlands' last episode in the season As with all good things like Tales From The Borderlands' first season, they have to come to an end at some point. It's even more depressing when it has to happen when Telltale Games dis such an amazing job of bringing Gearbox Software's franchise to perfect life in their storytelling medium with Tales From The Borderlands. It is one that I wish could keep living on without a break but it looks like the last episode will be hitting all of the platforms it is on next week. Read More...
