Will Japan get a Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII

Three weeks ago during the Microsoft press conference at E3 the good people of Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy XIII would be making it's way to the Xbox. This came as a huge surprise since it was previously thought to be a PS3 exclusive. The one condition of this deal, or so we all thought, was that an X360 version of FF would be exclusive to North America and possibly Europe. Well it seems there has been a change in plans. Recently at an exhibit in Taipei, Microsoft's Taiwan Entertainment head announced Final Fantasy XIII would go on sale on the Xbox 360 in Taiwan. Read More...

Summon Up The Concepts

Final Fantasy XIII Exhibition Of Original Drawings So on top of announcing the fact that there is going to be a demo for the game come this March, another bit that was featured at the DKΣ3713 event was some of the concept work for the new FF game. In particular, three of the summons and a few locations in the game. Not the best resolution that was available, but it is something for all of us fanboys/girls to drool over while we wait for the demo and release of the game. Rise of the Argonauts So I swear I heard about this over a year ago. I could be wrong. Or I could be right. In either instance, this game looks like it could be epic. Pun intended as always. This game is suppose to be a pretty close telling of the Greek Legends of yore, with a little new world twist to get a broader audience than freaks like me who are all about the Greek stories. Not too sure why they are making a god, Pan, into a lowly mortal magician. There could be more going on, but from has been released here, it doesn't look that way. Read More...
