Get Re-Familiar With The Story Of Shadow Of The Colossus

Shadow Of The Colossus

A story trailer for Shadow Of The Colossus has been placed out there to show new players of Shadow Of The Colossus what they are in for as well as remind the old fans

Next week is the big day that many have been waiting for as the remake of Shadow Of The Colossus hits the PS4. I am sure there will be some gamers out there who will be taking off February 6th so they can sit down and get intimate with this new work from Bluepoint Games. There will also be that group of gamers out there who may never had a chance to experience Shadow Of The Colossus and will slowly be going through it for the first time. It is an older title that looks to have been remade well, but mostly the only thing that will be carried over from the original will be the story of the game. Huge fans may remember it and new players will have no idea outside of it being a game that you ride around and kill big monsters in. Well, more constructs than monsters, but we will not split hairs for now.

To get us all better prepared for Shadow Of The Colossus to land, it looks like we have a new story trailer for the game. It will remind some of the experience they once had and may confuse others as it is more gameplay with a few extra story scenes thrown in. Story scenes with little to no context or dialog for those who have forgotten what was going on in the game the first time around. Of course, we could always make up what we think is going on in Shadow Of The Colossus based on what we have here, but we will not as I do not want to deal with the die-hard fan outcry. Just have a look and know that there is something deeper going on here. If you have already played through the game many times though, have a look and remember what you are about to get yourself back into for the game. That is kind of a win-win right?

Are you fully ready for Shadow Of The Colossus to come at us on February 6th or do you still need to file for the time off?
