Injustice 2
A new trailer for Injustice 2 has released and this one goes over the basics of Injustice 2's gear system that will turn tides quickly
We've heard bits about Injustice 2's gear system so many times and still only have a little slice of it to go with so far. It seems like it is a huge part of the game but also that NetherRealm Studios is keeping a tight lid on it all until May 16th. At least that is how it seems given how little we all know about it and how gear will be handed out in Injustice 2 during and after matches. Well, at least that is the easy thing to assume from it all and how it will augment some of the character's stats on top of just the overall look and feel of how they roll. Pretty much just what we would expect from gear in a game like this but it feels like there should be more to it.
To add to it all we have yet another trailer for Injustice 2 to show off some more of the gear in the game. The difference here being that this trailer goes over a bit more of the system in the game and how it will change characters for your benefit. Well, at least the basics and some of the things we could assume. Like the fact that if you have a full set of gear of a particular type you get extra bonuses for matching. All something that we figured would be part of Injustice 2's gear system for a while now, but now it is in words and we can stop making assumptions. At least we have some new gear to look at so we can plan out how our characters will look in the long run.
Injustice 2 — Your Battles Your Way
With every clash comes change and the opportunity for evolution. The Gear System brings a new level of depth to Injustice 2, allowing players to evolve their play style and achieve their goals. Gear opens up vast possibilities for personalization by enabling combatants of all levels to build and power up the ultimate version of their favorite DC characters to fit their fighting style.
As an extra treat, we also have the official character intro for Injustice 2's Flash in the game. We've had a character breakdown already with the past streams, but now we have a nice montage of the character in action without being slowed down to show off specifics. It would seem NetherRealm Studios should have ran this before their last stream, but none the less here we go. At least it is a better look at The Flash's super move where time no longer means anything. I wonder if this is going to be something Injustice 2 uses a lot of given the few others that do the same thing. Maybe…
