Battlefield 1 Calls In The Calvary With The Latest Gameplay

Battlefield 1

New Battlefield 1 gameplay has been shown off out of Gamescom and we get to see how Battlefield 1 will call in the mounted units and deal with the desert

So far we've seen a whole lot of Battlefield 1 gameplay that takes place in some nice little towns or green fields. Of course since this is a WWI title from DICE and we know that it took place on a more global scale than most want to think, I guess it is high time that EA gives us something that shows off some of the other lands out there that we are going to be warring through. Now we get a good solid look at some desert landscape in Battlefield 1 as well as all of the other issues and details that we'll have to face in the game when it lands on October 21st for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Of course we can all speculate as to the actual location this portion of the war was fought in but since it isn't defined here we'll just keep it vague. Although it does look like a lot of the classic gameplay is coming back to Battlefield 1 here. We'll get to be mounted and have to deal with desert storms and what they have to offer. They don't look as insane as some of the desert storms from other forms of media but it does enough to keep things hidden and obscured to cause some issue. Just as we should expect from the franchise.

Have a look at the latest Battlefield 1 gameplay now fresh out of Gamescom. It looks spectacular for being in-game footage but when comparing the multiplayer to these trailers I am still torn on what to truly believe will be the in-game visuals.
