New Gameplay For Dishonored 2 Shows Off New Occult Abilities

Dishonored 2

The first bit of gameplay for Dishonored 2 was shown off and now we have a better look at some of the upgrade for Dishonored 2 we are going to get

Here is yet another title I didn't get a chance to personally check out at E3 but by the gods we had a great showing of Dishonored 2 out there during the event. In fact, we had about 15 minutes of gameplay shown off by Arkane Studios out at the show even though Bethesda had nothing more than a small museum to offer up on the show floor. While that was cool it didn't truly show us what we wanted out of Dishonored 2 in closed environment but that is what we have the internet for isn't it? How else would we know that the game is releasing on November 11th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC? I guess by watching the stream…

I know this may be a bit behind the times for a lot of the hard core fans out there but here we go with some new gameplay for Dishonored 2. Not only in trailer form but a nice little walk through were we get to see how the new Void engine they have crafted for the game will be changing everything up. At least changing things up in the visual department and just how the levels in the gameplay area will be crafted. Looks like a lot more on the vertical side of things here. As if that needed to be done as the first Dishonored did an amazing job at that. I guess they wanted just more and it looks like they are delivering it completely.

Along with all of the visual updates it looks like we are getting a few new occult abilities in the mix of things. I'm going to assume they are locked into the specific character that we choose to play in Dishonored 2 given how Arkane Studios kept stating it is Emily's new ability. At least in terms of the Mesmerize and Domino powers that we were able to see. Both of which are amazing to watch in action but I am curious how hard they will be able to perfect. At least when range kicks in and such. It does look like it is all very close range from the gameplay and demo shown here.
