Mighty No. 9 Has Some Sweet Combo On Combo Action For Us

Mighty No. 9

Another trailer for Mighty No. 9 has been released to show off some of Mighty No. 9's special moves, attacks, and combos to pull off

Every time I see Mighty No. 9 popping back up in the media it makes me worry that it is going to be delayed yet again. Thankfully though it looks like the June 21st release date that comcept and Deep Silver have set is still on and this is just an update on some other features in the game. So let the celebrating continue as Mighty No. 9 is still locked in and now we just get all kinds of cool things to look at as we head toward that date.

In the latest trailer we get to see the dash ability that Beck gets to use in the game. Beck being the name of the main character in Mighty No. 9 for all of those who fell behind in the news and updates. Here he gets to use a little boost of speed to move about the game's world and overcome all kinds of obstacles. Some of said obstacles being enemies that have already been weakened by his main blaster or other damage dealing items. Pretty straight forward when you think about it.

What has been added on here for Mighty No. 9 is that if you hit a damaged enemy with your dash at just the right time you will absorb their left over energy and keep you sweet combo going up as we all want to do. Of course we say absorption boosts here but that is really just in name as all it does is use said enemies energy to boost the combo and nothing in Beck personally. At least not in any words or showing here. But you can see all of that for yourself just below.

How else do you think absorption may work outside of keeping your combos flowing in the game? Let us know what you are thinking and discuss with all in the comments below. As we get more on Mighty No. 9 we will have it up on the site for you. Be sure to keep your eyes glued to the site to make sure you don't miss a thing.
