The Walking Dead
The release date for The Walking Dead: Michonne mini-series has been given and soon we will see how this story will expand on one of The Walking Dead's favorite characters
Looks like the timeline originally given for The Walking Dead: Michonne mini-series is completely on par as we will be seeing the first episode of the game on February 23rd. At least if you are planning on playing the game on console or PC. All of those mobile gamers out there will be looking to wait until February 25th to score the episode and find out what Michonne was doing during here gap in The Walking Dead comics. Telltale Games is giving us the official story of what she was up to between #126 and #139 and there was some insanity that happened without here in the world of The Walking Dead she'll have to come home to.
On top of the release date for the first episode of The Walking Dead: Michonne it looks like we are also privy to the first batch of real screenshot for the game as well. All in all about what we should have assumed as it shows off the titular character who is going to look the same from the comics given the style. We'll just have to see if Samira Wiley will bring here to life as well as she has been on AMC's version of The Walking Dead. They are two different versions of the character but fans of the franchise do have their opinions kind of set as we've had one talking version for quite some time now.
In this premiere episode, 'In Too Deep,' Michonne joins Pete and his crew on the sailing ship The Companion as they cruise the coast for survivors and supplies. When a desperate signal for help draws them to a scene of horrific massacre, Michonne and the crew are lead further to the floating survivors' colony of Monroe, which may just be harboring the person responsible for the carnage.
To go along with all of this good news for The Walking Dead: Michonne it looks like we have release months for the rest of the episodes as well. In case you forgot, In Too Deep is out on February 23rd. Episode two, Give No Shelter, will be out in March some time; I'd guess near the end. Episode three, What We Deserve, will be out sometime in April; again assuming the end to kind of match up with the first episode. Currently the price to get all three episodes is $14.99 and it should be a safe assumption that each individual episode of The Walking Dead: Michonne will be about $4.99 each. Why wouldn't you want the bundle though?
