Hitman Gives Us A Not-So-Warm Welcome To Sapienza In A New Trailer

Hitman

A new Hitman from Paris Games Week has been released and it shows off another nice, lush map we will be killing in when Hitman finally launches

It's been a bit since we saw some new gameplay footage for Hitman and it looks like that is because it was being saved for Paris Games Week. Not exactly sure why Io Interactive would have waited until now but I won't complain as it gives us another nice view of Hitman and the game's levels before it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 11th of 2016. It seems so far away still but that date will creep up faster than Agent 47 on his next kill. Hitman is not as far out even with the date change is all I am getting at here.

Anyways, in this new trailer for Hitman we get to see the nice, warm climate of Sapienza as 47 takes out his "marks" and has time to sit back and relax a bit. I am not sure if this means that we will get to chill by a nice ocean here in Hitman as we wait for opportunities or if it is just another little flashy thing to promote the game. It wouldn't surprise me one way or another when it comes to Square Enix's marketing for Hitman. Either way we all have that to look forward to.

Hitman — Welcome To Sapienza

What is a bit interesting to see here in Hitman is the very parkour-like movement and climbing that we will be using when getting around this map. It looks like it will be needed given the size of everything as the above trailer shows off. Io Interactive did state that the maps in Hitman where going to be huge and this definitely shows off how huge they will be. I guess I won't complain about the other movement seeing as it will be needed here. I know I wouldn't want to have to slowly stalk across that entire map; and this is just one of new maps for Hitman.

Enough on what I think about this new area in Hitman, what do you think? Does it look like it fits well into the franchise? Do you think that Io Interactive is delivering on the promise based on what you just saw here for Hitman? Let us know and discuss away in the comments below. As Square Enix deems us all worthy of more Hitman content we will have it right here for you so be sure to keep checking back in. The internet is a huge place so don't stalk off too far.
