Today is the day as all of those who purchased the Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat X will now get their final character and DLC for the game in the way of Tremor. NetherRealm showed Tremor off at EVO over the weekend and we had a nice gameplay trailer for the character but there wasn't a good breakdown of the variations to the character just yet. That is of course until the most recent Kombat Kast where the team showed Tremor in use for Mortal Kombat X and all of his variations. One of which is something completely new to the game and it adds a great variant to the core gameplay of Mortal Kombat X. Pun intended.
Let's start things off with having a good look at Tremor for Mortal Kombat X. Here is the trailer that was shown to the world during EVO that shows a bit of each variation, part of the X-ray, and a mass-up of both of his fatalities in Mortal Kombat X. I don't think they have done that just yet and have just shown all but the ending of fatalities so far so we are getting all kinds of change ups here for Mortal Kombat X with just this one classic character to the franchise. Have a look.
Mortal Kombat X — Tremor Official
Now that you've seen the basics, let's dig into the details for Tremor's variations in Mortal Kombat X. We have the Aftershock variation that gives you the ground pound moves that many other characters have already. Then there is the Metallic which is kind of two variations in one. The most impressive to me is the Crystalline where not only can Tremor gain extra armor but can also create interactive items that anyone can use in Mortal Kombat X. I have a feeling that there is a brutality in the mix with that one and sure we will see it in short time now that the character is out for Mortal Kombat X.
Tremor
- Aftershock — Gains Earth Shake and Air Earth Shake
- Metallic — Gains Lava Skin and Gold Skin
- Crystalline — Gains Krystallization and Summon Krystal

So there you have it. That is a wrap when it comes to all of the DLC characters for Mortal Kombat X and the Kombat Pack that is available. What do you think of Tremor and the variations for the character? Does he look as strong to you as he does to me? How about adding the ability to create interactive items in the levels of Mortal Kombat X with that one variation? Do you think NetherRealm will be giving us a Kombat Pack 2 and if so what do you want in it? Let us know in the comments. Also keep an eye here for more on Mortal Kombat X as I am sure that there will be many updates in the near future and you won't want to miss a thing.
