Keeping to their promise NetherRealm has given us our next character reveal for Mortal Kombat X this week and it is Ermac. I was thinking Noob Saibot given some of the hints thrown out there on the internet but it looks like I was a bit off. None the less though now we have Ermac to look at for Mortal Kombat X and not just an announcement but a look at his variations and gameplay for one. All of this of course lifted from the Mortal Kombat Kast where the developers showed all of this off to the world for equal footing.

Before we get into the videos for Mortal Kombat X and Ermac, here are his variations and a bit of description based on what could be seen on screen as well as how the developers described it all.

• Master Of Souls - Gains Soul Balls and the ability to Vanish to avoid damage
• Mystic - Increased Telekinetic moves
• Spectral - Can fly and more aerial attacks

So Ermac can fly and keep in the air the whole time for Mortal Kombat X. That and it doesn't look like any kind of cheap move on a player's side as none of the moves that Ermac can perform look to do much damage. Good balancing there if everything I saw plays the way I imagine it all. Also during the stream a new level was touched upon and shown called the Destroyed City. It looks just as the name sounds and looks like whatever major city Cassie is going to be from has been destroyed in Mortal Kombat X. Most likely by one of the more powerful Kombatants but that will all have to wait until the next big showing of Mortal Kombat X I guess. At least we got to see Ermac and now have to wait to see "Who's Next?"
