If you needed to see another reason for the co-op multiplayer in Assassin's Creed Unity then let me submit to you the latest gameplay trailer released from Ubisoft showcasing just that. Well at least to some degree as to why Assassin's Creed Unity is a multiplayer at heart for the PS4 and Xbox One this November. That may be stretching it a bit there too. I guess it is more like why the switch-up for the multiplayer in the franchise this time around. Yea, we'll go with that.
You know what? You be the judge and watch the Assassin's Creed Unity trailer for yourself.
Yes, the visuals are stunning and Ubisoft does know how to cut a trailer here but I'm still not seeing why the hard push for the multiplayer aspect of Assassin's Creed Unity. Is it that the AI is so far advanced that one mere human brain will not be able to topple it? Wouldn't that be something? That hasn't been something spoken on in the past trailers and video for Assassin's Creed Unity but we can imagine "what if?"
By no means does this mean that I am not excited to see what Ubisoft has in store for us in the long run with Assassin's Creed Unity but it does beg the question. Then again, this is something we should have been asking for a while now but we are only getting around to doing so right now.
