Jason West and Vince Zampella are two industry leaders who brought the amazing Call of Duty franchise to homes everywhere. Now brushing off the dust from a rumor filled departure, Jason and Vince have founded Respawn Entertainment. The website is up and running, and probably the simplest website in the world.
EA has also announced today that they have received exclusive worldwide publishing and distribution rights to future games. Talk about a slap to the face for Activision.

Jason and Vince were accused of setting up a deal with "a major competitor" by Activision, so it will be interesting to see the future of Respawn Entertainment, but you can bet that this will be one of the new studios to watch.
