V Rising Has A Date Set For When We Can All Start The Hunt

V Rising

The release date V Rising on the PC is ready for us all with PS5 gamers needing to wait a bit to experience V Rising

The blood will soon flow as we gear up to bring down Dracula with the release of V Rising. A release that has been a while coming and Stunlock Studios finally sees the light at the end of the tunnel with the PC version of the game coming to a full release on May 8th. It is still a bit off, sure, but we have a release date for the PC version. Those who need to wait to play V Rising on the PS5 are going to have to wait until later in 2024 to fully experience the game. So, you can look at the shorter wait as a blessing and timeline to get your skill up to snuff so the vampire hoards do not end all of humanity.

There does not seem to be a solid reason as to why there is a split release for V Rising, but that most likely will not matter for most. Given that it has been available on the PC in Early Access for a while now, we should see it as an added bonus that the game is coming to the PS5 too. A treat just as we have for the following trailer that was also released for the announcement of the date. Even if there is little gameplay to be had here, it does help set the tone and overall story we will experience when going through the action RPG that V Rising will have to offer us all. Get ready to take down Dracula and minions in just a few months now.

V Rising — PC Release Date

Experience a Vampire Survival Action RPG adventure like no other on May 8th for the PC!

In V Rising, you need to survive as a newly awakened vampire in a world ruled by humans and rise to become the next Dracula. Feed on blood to gain new powers, hide from the scorching sun, and engage in real-time PvE and PvP combat set in a dark fantasy realm. Raise your castle and invite friends to join as you explore a vast open world, pillage villages, skirmish with bandits, and delve into the lairs of supernatural beasts. Attack other players’ castles, or become a diplomat in a game of blood, power, and betrayal.

V Rising has been a title that has fallen on and off the radar for me since it was first launched out there. Mostly due to the fact that I am not a massive fan of Early Access games and we have had little to go on for the main version of the game until now. That does not mean that I am still not excited for the full release of the game. I am just at a point where I am going to need to see some of the newer gameplay for V Rising to get fully excited. That and maybe a PS5 release date in the mix too since that is my usual platform of choice out there. Beggars and choosers, though… I guess we can all just look at the footage from the Early Access and judge as of now.

Have you been playing V Rising before now and thought you had the full release out there already? What massive changes will there be from the Early Access days or will many gamers not even notice a difference? How long do you think that the console gamers will need to wait until we see the launch there? Venture into the comment section to discuss all of that and more. We have V Rising back on our radar here, so we will hopefully have more to share with you soon. If anything, we know there should be a slight push for the game in at least a month before the full launch.
