Finish Your Story Soon With The Upcoming WWE 2K24

WWE

The next title in the WWE line is on the way with the announcement we have for WWE 2K24 for this March

It is a new year and that means it has to be time for the next title in the wrestling line with WWE 2K24. As if it would not be on the way and looking to get us to come back in with what Visual Concepts has put together and let 2K keep ahold of this massive IP. Not only that, but WWE 2K24 is looking to let us finish our story on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when it does come. I am not completely certain what all of that means, but that is why we also have a nice little trailer to go along with it. So we can see some of these superstars in action and makes and tails of what is about to go down on March 8th of this year.

As you will be able to see in the following announcement for WWE 2K24, we will be going through forty years of the IP and getting to play out many other stories that have gone on in the run of it all. Some with wrestlers that are no longer with us, retired, or even still going strong as of this writing. A weird thing to dig into so we can wrap stories of those still going here, but I think that is more for the marketing than anything. Unless this is the way that the WWE is telling us it will be shutting down soon. Highly unlikely, but now we know this title is coming and we have a few different ways we can preorder it right now if we need all of the extra bells and whistles for the game. Have a look and see how you feel about this year's entry into it all.

WWE 2K24 — Announcement

It’s almost time to step into the ring and Finish Your Story!

Pre-order WWE 2K24 and celebrate Forty Years of WrestleMania with new match types, updated gameplay, and more. Available March 8, 2024.

Outside of the weird marketing for finishing stories, WWE 2K24 also feels as if there was not much in the way of work for the visuals of the game. I know this is an IP that has turned to churning out a new version every year now, but there could be some work on the graphics since it is unlikely that the gameplay will change up much. Mostly, this all feels like they are just adding in the new performers and adding in others who have not been in the games in the past. Given how little I am up on the current state of the WWE, though, this could all be new out there. These games, to me, just feel like they have all been the same for quite some time now and it is weird that everyone still pays for all of it. Different strokes and different folks, I guess.

Are you excited to see the next entry into the WWE games or were you hoping to have a year off so more could be changed in the game to give us all more? How do you think some of these stories will end or will this all be an 'Elseworlds' kind of thing so the living performers can come back in? Is it weird to see some of the characters still look about a decade old or is that due to likeness licensing more than anything? Head on down to the comments and smash all of that discussion out there. When there is more to share for WWE 2K24, we will do so on the site for you. Please keep on coming back to see and hear about all of that as it flows on out there for you.
