A new updated version of Trepang² is out there and it brings a bunch of new things into the frantic gameplay of Trepang

Good news for those who have been waiting for something massive to come into Trepang² after it hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC early. Here we go with another massive update from Trepang Studios and something that will give us all more to experience in the game. The Deluxe Edition of the game is out there and taking the gory action-packed title to a new level. Even if it is all mostly just DLC for Trepang² and not anything that we would normally associate with a deluxe edition. You know, things like collectibles and massive expansions to the gaming world. Not a bad thing, but just a weird naming bit here for the game.

This new update for Trepang² brings us all what we crave… more cosmetic and skins. Yes, that feels like it is the highlight here, but this update does come with some extra maps and enemies in the mix so we can have all manner of new blood spatter out there in our gaming space. At least for those that were willing to give Trepang² a try before or are going to see the following trailer and opt to give it all a new run out there. This is not one of those massive games that have had massive marketing budgets, so you can be excused if none of it hit before and this is what is going to catch your eye. Have a look and see if it does just that.

I have yet to have a chance to get into Trepang² here, but it does all look like it is a frantic shooter that can kill a whole lot of time. In a good way. I am never crazy about getting massive updates that are mostly cosmetics, as I would normally go with what the artists had dictated from the start of the game, but I get needing to add in some fun things to the mix. The new map editions are, at least, the better part of all of this since it will give Trepang² some new gameplay experiences. Even if I am still not cool with it being listed as the Deluxe Edition of the game. That is mostly because that has a specific meaning out there and I cannot look past it for some reason.
