A new announcement for Death Relives is here to show off how Death Relives is going to look on the PS5
Here we go with another horror title out there with Death Relives on the way to the PS5. It has been shown off that Nyctophile Studios has it on the way to the PC and Xbox Series X|S, so it is not a fully new announcement out there. It is a new showing of some new gameplay to enjoy out there for Death Relives, though. Given that it is a mix of horror and mighty gods out there, it is playing on some of the usual tropes we have in games like this. Even if it seems to devolve into the search, hide, survive gameplay style of things we have in many other games out there. We do have Xipe Totec on the hunt for us here, so we are not going to be able to fight back all that well.
As we get to see here, our ordinary teenager Adrian was getting ready to celebrate graduation but chose to go down a different path. That being the path of trying to find out what happened to his mother. An odd choice of things, but then we would not have Death Relives if it made more sense. Anyway, there was some kind of sacrifice that went down, and given the Aztec rituals, it was most likely bloody. From there, we get to see Adrian doing all that they can to survive all of the horrors the gods are bringing with them in Death Relives. Have a look at what is set out there for the game and see if it is going to be something you add to the mix next year.

Be prepared for a first-person look at life through the eyes of a teenager who is trying to escape from the mighty Aztec god Xipe Totec. Get ready for a chaotic experience with horror and survival mechanics.
Death Relives is a first-person survival horror game developed by a team that loves mythology and horror. Run, hide, and survive. That's all you can do, but it won't be easy while an Aztec god-like Xipe Totec is after you.
Adrian was an ordinary teenager getting ready to celebrate his graduation until he decided to follow up on what had happened to his mother. Xipe Totec is a mighty Aztec god who just wants sacrifices for his grace, and Adrian is about to discover something disturbing about his mother’s death.
As a fan of all things of the polytheism setting, I am amped to see what Death Relives has. We do not normally get good horror games that are focused on anything other than Christian mythology. I am sure that is because the threat of Hell is a massive hit to those who are followers of that religion where followers of the others do not have such horrors to look at for their afterlife. Nonetheless, I am all for it and am glad to see that Death Relives will be on the PS5 when it does fully launch out there. Especially as it is getting the mind spinning on how other things might go down for other stories out there.
