Comic Review — Injustice: Gods Among Us
by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 31st of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Injustice Needing to give yourself a break from Netflix and Games for a minute? Try reading the Injustice: Gods Among Us comics The Injustice series was written by Tom Taylor and Brian Buccellato, and illustrated by a number of artists, including Jheremy Raapack, Mike S. Miller, Bruno Redondo, and Tom Derenick just to name a few. Though, most comics based on video games tend to be shameless sell-outs for cash, Injustice: Gods Among Us is well written and illustrated. It has defiantly been binge-worthy, there are plenty of issues to read as well. Read More...

Swords Of Gargantua Is Bringing Its Swordplay To The PSVR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Swords Of Gargantua The realistic swordplay title, Swords Of Gargantua, is making the leap over to the PSVR with a possible launch for Swords Of Gargantua this Spring Last year, PC gamers had a chance to dive into the world of Swords Of Gargantua to see what this rogue-lite action game was all about. This, obviously, left out a large chunk of gamers out there that have been looking for something along the lines of a realistic sword-swinging game. This most likely partly why Yomuneco has put the work in to make sure that those with a PSVR will not be left out. Read More...

Not the biggest of shocks here at all, as it would look like it would lend well to the consoles too. Read More...

Hardspace: Shipbreaker Is Officially Heading To The Consoles Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of March 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Hardspace No more an assumption, Hardspace: Shipbreaker, will be heading to the current-gen consoles for more to experience the fun of space with Hardspace The speculation can be brought to an end if the PS4 and Xbox One will be getting Hardspace: Shipbreaker on the platforms. It was more or less assumed before and there were a few allusions to it from Blackbird Interactive before, but now we have official word that it will be hitting the systems at some point as well. It could be the same day or it could be down the line as the PC version is still slated to get an Early Access this Summer. That is far from being the final version of Hardspace: Shipbreaker, though, and the consoles do not have the best options to do the same thing. Read More...

Hardspace: Shipbreaker Gameplay Shows Off Some Explosive Fun
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Hardspace The first real gameplay walkthrough for Hardspace: Shipbreaker is here to show how we will need to use all of our tools to survive in Hardspace Given that Hardspace: Shipbreaker is slated to be shown off at PAX East this week, it was only a matter of time before we had some real gameplay to look at for the game. Not that the last trailer did not have much to offer up, but the one we have now has Trey Smith from Blackbird Interactive taking us on a nice little "walkthrough" of the gameplay experience. I say that, as it does look like we will be more floating around in Hardspace instead of walking. Read More...

Swim About With More Of The Story In Maneater
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of February 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Maneater We have more gameplay for Maneater that shows off not only how the game will flow but also a bit of the story in Maneater to enjoy Get ready to dive right into a lot more for Maneater, as we have a nice and long look at more of the game's story that we will get to experience. Given how it all flows here, it is easy to assume this is from the opening of the game with all of the tutorial-like missions and such. It could also be just a slice of what Tripwire Interactive has up their sleeve in terms of how we will progress from "level" to "level" in the game. Even with the progression system of Maneater laid out from before, it would be interesting to see if each of the different hunters are working toward a different iteration of the shark each time now. That would be space ships for those who are not certain on that, as Blackbird Interactive has their next little title heading toward an Early Access on the PC via Steam. At least, that is, this coming summer so there will be a little bit of a wait for it all. Read More...
